Tina did a great job! She did my almond shape perfect and was quick. Two things I didn't like was the owner (bald man) stands in front of the door when it's time to pay as if I was going to run out on paying and my nails were $70 ($80 with tip) for SNS on my natural nails with stickers on each nail. I liked my nail artist's take on gel French toes, but without fail I'd come home and have itchy, peely feet. I took a break from gel for a few months and recently came back once they changed the name of the shop -- same thing happened and the itchy, peeling bottom of my toes were back. This is my go to nail shop. You walk in and sign your name on the clipboard, write down your requested technician, and there services you would like. I never wait more than ten minutes and Saturday I didn't wait at all. I've only gotten SNS( $35 for your real nail)here and it's always been an awesome experience and last for three weeks or more. My technician took his time with me and made sure he did a good job, which means he didn't cut me with the nail file! I love this little spot! read more

I'm not sure what I can say about this place. I've been an on and off customer for about 2 years now. I can never visit this place and not feel like I am in a new place every time I enter. The first time I visited I'm assuming it was new because it was pretty basic and small, from there it's appeared to have expanded. They added a waterfall in the middle with soothing music. A few weeks ago I was in desperate need of a manicure so I thought I'd stop in. I park my car get out and look in the window and this place is nothing like it was the last time I visited. I had to walk back to the parking lot view the sign to make sure it was the same place. It looked like every thing had been ripped out and this place has been turned into a low budget, studio style nail salon. I was so turned off that I didn't even bother to go inside. The ambiance of a nail shop is a make or break deal for me. If when I enter the doors and I don't receive an instant calm, I feel like my money isn't well spent. read more

I get mani & pedi services at least once a month very rarely at the same place because I'm so busy and I make it a general rule to not return when one is rude, pushy, or painful! Let me start off by saying they seemed very nice. This place is way too rough! The woman doing my pedicure was so rough that she made an open wound on the end of my toe which still hurts a day later. The woman doing my nails kept hitting my cuticles and tearing them with her nail file. I was trying to relax but they just kept hurting me. The woman that did my daughters nails and toes talked on the phone the entire time she serviced her. She has a wound on her ankle from the lady scrubbing so hard. read more

I just left this salon. I needed to have a pedicure for my trip. I wish I would have stuck to my normal salon. Even though this one was a tad cheaper, I am not pleased at the quality. The callus remover was not good at all. The balls of my feel are still thick and dry. I asked her to go down some more and she barely did. I feel like my heels were completely ignored. My foot massage also wasn't really a massage. She didn't apply any pressure. This was by far the shortest pedicure I ever had and I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. read more

I have been here quite a few times mainly because I like the way Nina does my SNS. She makes them look thin and natural versus bulky and fat. Im big on sanitation, especially being I'm a licensed Cosmetologist, I am even more cautious about reusing tools that haven't been sanitized before each client. From what I've witnessed they use the same tools on each client without washing or sterilizing them in between clients. I wash my hands a couple times before my visit is over just to try and eliminate the what little germs I think might be floating on my nail bed. What I dislike is that when I had a pedi & the girl paid me no mind what so ever. She was rude, inattentive, and talked so much that my pedi took up 5 mins of her 30 min long conversation with her friend. My toes looked like I had dipped them in water and nothing else. I do do manicures and pedicures and could have done my own but wanted to relax for the day. This was the worst $30 I've ever spent. The time before that the lady was much more friendly but was rushing to get to another client that my polish was literally all over my toes. I won't be back for a pedicure. Also, I don't like how they hound you for tip money at the end of your service. I always tip but they ask and ask for tip money...so unprofessional & it's a turn off. The salon itself is not as clean as it could be. But they do attempt. read more

Let me start out by saying the people here are really nice. When my friend and I walked in on a Saturday morning for pedis, we were greeted by the staff and seated within 5-10 minutes of arriving. They were also able to accommodate us so we were sitting next to each other and could chat. They have a MASSIVE amount of nail colors. The choices seemed endless! The pedi chairs also have a massage feature...something I've come to enjoy during a pedicure. They also use a plastic liner for each pedicure, so I definitely felt a little safer with the cleanliness of the salon. The downside was that I didn't love my pedicure. She got tiny smudges of polish on my toes, which I didn't notice until I walked out and looked up close. My toe nails also had a few that weren't filed totally straight. I guess that's my fault that I didn't really pay attention to it until I got home. I'm sure they would have been happy to redo, but I didn't have time to go back. I think if someone was looking for just a basic, reasonably priced nail place in ATL, I could recommend Nail Service. read more

They do great work, it's very clean, and they are happy to do touch ups, even the next day, at no charge. Great prices too. This was my first time trying out Nail Service Spa. I usually go to Passion Nails in Atlanta. This is your standard no frills sweat shop salon. Customer service and quality comes second to getting as many people in at once as they can. I am a big proponent of customer service first and that is why I am giving one star. I came in for a full-in and pedicure. My experience with the technician doing my pedicure was fine. She actually said not one word to me except "is this the color you want". It was the technician doing my nails that contributed to my poor experience. I had just had a full set 3 weeks ago so I know my nails weren't old in that I needed a new full set. I just needed a fill in, but the technician debated me to the point where I just said whatever you feel is best. She debated me about my nail length, my nail shape... It was just a very intimidating and uncomfortable experience for me. I'm a quiet person so I'm not sure what it was that made her seem so aggressive and rude toward me. At one point my nails were burning which was a little painful, and her response was "you'll be ok." Long story short this was my first and last visit to this salon. As over the top as it may sound, it was an almost abusive experience. It didn't make it any better that every time she asked me a question and I responded, she would begin saying things so that I could not understand and laughing to the other technicians. She likely was not talking about me... Who knows, but it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. A salon visit should be the opposite. It should be Relaxing. read more

My best friend recommended me to CeCe for eyebrows and I'm sure glad he did! As a guy it's so hard to find a person who can do your eyebrows without making them look so feminine! I definitely was in need of a clean up and not so much a sharp! Eyebrows are one of the things you don't want to mess up because you have to walk around looking crazy until it grows back in! So as apprehensive as I was when we walked in my best friend signaled for her and she came over right away! If you are getting an eyebrow wax they have a dedicated room with a chair that you lay back in while they complete the task! They are the fast food of nails. The owner, Mary, is cheap and is all about quantity, not quality. Tony did my nails this time. I was in and out in 45 minutes which included my polish. That sounds amazing right? Well, he rushed. He made excuses as to why they couldn't be shorter and why they went west to east like an airplane taking off. He called my skin around my nails, "meat". I told him my polish needed to be reapplied on the edges because there was no polish. He then reapplied with frustration because he was annoyed with me.
