Someone will start my toes and then someone else will start doing my hands. If I start doing my nails with one person, I expect to finish them with the same person. Today was one of those days that they switched the nail tech on me, it's not the first time they've done that. Overall, the atmosphere is great. My nails always come out on point. I would also say that it is extremely relaxing imo. When you get your toes done the chairs have built in massage equipment. I usually don't use this feature because I get overstimulated. But for those who love a good massage while they get their nails done, it's very nice. I love that they started offering complimentary wine or water.

I had to return to have it fixed, but I was not happy with the repair; as the fixed nail looks noticeably darker than the rest. After that, other nails also began chipping which was frustrating. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it.
