Have been looking for a new nail salon for monthsssss, and I have finally found the one. The spot is on Calle 8, tucked between a guayabera store and a jeweler. It's as Miami as it gets. The nail techs are all sooo amazing and the place is extremely well priced compared to other spots I've been to. They do it all from hard gel, acrylics, apres, to gorgeous nail art. It's been about 6 months since I started doing Dip manicures and my nails have never looked better. Recently I was in the Market for a new salon, as my go to raised their prices. I found Delaray Nails on Yelp and also spied their amazing nail designs on IG and was super excited to make an appointment. I made an appointment online and got paired with Carolina. She was super nice! I had a broken nail and the manicurist witchcraft she did to bring it back to life was the most impressive thing I have seen in a while. I went with a simple dip design and I am OBSESSED with how it came out. My nails look super elegant, and a week later they still look as fresh as day one. From what I can see on IG - all the techs do an excellent job. If you have a specific tech that you want to request, make sure to do that in the appointment selection online. You can peek at the nail techs work on IG to see who may fit the style of design you want, but from what I can see Delarey does an amazing job at hiring manicurists that can make your nail dreams come true. The salon is small, clean and has a ton of different colors. They offer regular manis, gel, acrylics and of course my go-to of Dip. There is plenty of parking in the lot and they are so nice to offer water/coffee as you treat yourself! I live a good 30-45 mins away from here depending on traffic, and I do not care I will make the drive again and again to come here just for their amazing service. My nails have lasted up to 6 weeks! No chip, no discoloration, nothing. I cannot tell you all of the nail places I have travelled to in Miami but this one is my gem. All of the staff is extremely kind and professional and also friendly! Finally a nail place you can actually go to and have a decent conversation (gasp). The time I spend here goes by quickly because everyone is always talking and making friendly and funny conversations. By far this has been the best Mani-Pedi of my life. I was feeling a little down today and decided I needed a little "me" time. So, I called Delray Nails to see if they had a spot for me. This was heaven sent. I am a nurse at a local hospital and the constant hands waving and sanitizing has caused severe dryness, peeling and cracking of my skin. Danays was more of a perfectionist than me. She removed the excess hang nails and cuticle skin so that the end result would be better. As a caring and knowledgeable professional, she proceeded to complete my mani and pedi. The pedi massage was so relaxing and my tired feet felt great. My full set and mani ended with a restorative and nourishing paraffin bath. You should see my hands now. Now one would ever think the before and after appearance of my hands and nails. What an awesome experience! First time client, and my expectations were exceeded. First off, great location. Lots of parking and easy to find. The salon was clean, they have high hygienic standards and the ambiance was relaxing (a nice change to your typical craziness) I was even able to get a lot of things done! My nail tech, Yairis was fantastic. She was warm, welcoming, kind AND she did a phenomenal job. Her attention to detail was superb, and she ensured I felt comfortable and happy with the outcome. Delaray did my daughter's gel refill and worked her magic to be able to save one of her broken nails. My appointment was with Anaisy, who did my pedicure and first full set dip nails. I was a bit nervous being my first full set, but Anaisy did such an amazing job that I walked out of there in love with my nails. Based on reviews on Yelp, I scheduled a gel manicure and a pedicure. I did the mid-level pedicure. I showed up 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment due to the numerous reminders. The reminders made clear that If I was 15 minutes late, my appointment would be cancelled. My appointment was at noon. My tech was busy and didn't come to me until 12:20. Yes, I spent 20 minutes waiting. The pedicure was basic. I feel like she barely got any callous/dead skin off my feet. She made me bleed from 2 different toes. I can't remember the last time I was cut during a pedicure. It took several minutes for my big toe to stop bleeding. Then when it came time to the manicure, again, I got cut. This time 3 different fingers bled! Honestly, I just wanted to get out of this place. I wanted a calm relaxing mani/pedi and I ended up with various cuts and a sub par pedicure.
