I want to take my time and write a review for what happened to me a few months back. I had made an appointment. But my car was having an issue. I was right outside of the salon, and everyone saw that my car was having an issue, the nail techs didn't even care to stop and ask if I was OK or anything of the sort. They continuously walked back-and-forth past me. When I got into the salon already started doing my nails and cut my natural nails at all different lengths when all she needed to do was shape them and file them. She then proceeded to file them, again, all the different lengths, and all the different shapes. When I stopped her and said that this wasn't right, the owner decided to tell me that she knew what she was doing, I had originally wanted to book with the owner anyways, but she couldn't do my nails. So not only did I drive for 45 minutes to not be able to get my nails done but now at this point, my nails are unevenly shaped and uneven lengths. They sent me to a nail salon that's within walking distance, where the lady proceeded to cut my cuticles until I bled, and then lied and said that she never dead. She also said she couldn't continue my nails, because my cuticles are bleeding, after she cut them. It was one of my worst days in Miami. The way they treated me was for lack of better words, fucking insane and all they could offer me was a sorry. I had one of the biggest dates of my life later that day, and they just did not give a flying fuck.. my first experience there with them was lackluster. I ended up a few days later having to come back and get my nails done correctly by the owner. Which means I had to drive another 45 minutes one way and 45 minutes back home. read more

Danay is amazing! She's super professional, easy to talk to and does wonderful work painting nails and doing art on them! She picks up on even the tiniest detail. i went here for the first time today, by far one of the best nail salons i've been to. the environment was comfortable, the decore was cute, the music tasteful, and the nails techs were very sweet. they even offer you water and coffee as you come in and wait. everyone was lively and welcoming. Aileen did my mani-pedi and it looks amazing!! she helped me pick out pretty colors and fixed my damaged toes. She came up with a cute nail design that fit me perfectly. She's a perfectionist and she did a lovely job on my nails as you can see. they were busy today so i recommend making an appointment before coming in, they'll treat you right. read more

Before meeting Delaray, I kept going to nail salons to get my nails done... and yes they were okay, but my thoughts completely changed when I stumbled across her exceptional job. Ever since then, I've been coking with her. Her team and her are amazing at what they do and extremely are extremely talented. They are all very creative and you can tell they put their heart into doing clients nails. The place is extremely clean and well put as well. 2 day after my dip manicure, the first nail popped off... yes, you read that right. I was seriously in shock... Dip nails DON'T pop off! Lol. I've been getting dip for many many years now, if you get dip you know this to be a fact too, they don't pop off, they last and they last for a longgg time. Well I decided to have it repaired, only to have 2 more pop off the very next day. By day 4 after my manicure, 5 of the dip nails had fallen off, and two more were already loose. Unbelievable how awful this nail technician was, completely unprofessional and rude, but to do terrible work on top of her attitude too?? Wow. The place is dirty, falling apart, and their work really speaks for itself. Also, all services are $10 more than stated. I paid $65 for a dip manicure and the nails fell off 2 days later. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere, this place is an absolute disaster! read more

My to go person was not available and I found Delaray through Yelp, I called and she is booked in advance for weeks but she still squeezed me in with her to a last minute after the person who I was initially scheduled with left. This is a new business although she has been doing nails for a long time. She is the sweetest person ever. It is a natural nice that is not forced. She was super busy and still made sure my nails came out BEAUTIFUL and I am very picky with my nails. It is very Hispanic but not ratchet.
