I mean he was extremely fast which made me feel as though he did mot thoroughly clean my cuticles, etc. I would come back to get serviced by someone but not the same guy. I got there and it was super busy, but they sat me in a pedicure chair right away. I think a waited at least a half hour for someone to come over and start my pedicure. My feet felt like they were turning into prunes sitting in the water for so long, and the water was pretty cold at that point. The pedicure itself was pretty good. I thought Anthony did a really good job. From the time I got there until right before my pedicure, I was told about 3 times that they should be able to do what I wanted for a manicure. Then they said well that picture is the powder dip, but we can try gel. The man sat me down for my manicure and said he would go look for the color. Then Steven came over...he was adamant that they could not do what I wanted in the picture in gel, so I was about to give in and do powder just so I could get it done. Then he says, but I would have to add tips. I have pretty long nails that I have taken good care of, waiting to get my nails done for this week. I definitely did not need or want tips. I said, "you can't just do it with powder? that is what you said," and he said, "no we would need to do tips." So then since he wouldn't do it without tips, I said well I will just do something else and I felt super rushed to pick something out. I would have been more prepared if they told me they couldn't do it in the beginning. After deciding quickly on a color, Steven started my manicure. He seemed rushed and annoyed the entire time. I just wanted to get out of there. When I got in the car and looked at my manicure, I could see spots where he should have filed and also weird spots/marks on my nails. I was there for almost 2 hours! The girl at the desk said if you are unhappy with the manicure that I could come back and they could redo it, but I don't have time for that. This was my first and last time there!

I walked away confused and wondering if I should feel offended as he laughed out loud. I was trying to make sense of what was so funny. Didn't take me long to realize that it was extreme ignorance on their part. Highly unprofessional and definitely no class. This is hardly a nail spa. It felt like a pedi factory. Every time I come, I'm brought to a chair within minutes if not right away. The environment is clean. The workers are polite and helpful each time . Both myself and my husband enjoy my nails each time I come here and the prices never change. Sometimes when you go it's 10-15$ more with the same service at different salons but every time I come I know how much is it and with the quality of service, they have definitely gained a loyal customer with me !

However, I DO NOT recommend buying gift cards there ever. I tried to use a gc I received for Mother's Day and it showed no tender... this is the 3rd time over the years this has happened. Gift cards are not out in the open to just grab. Staff has to get them, the amount is written on the display card and then activated with the amount (or not I guess). I have used gift cards there that worked fine, but it's about 50/50. Money is too hard to come by to risk it IMO. So patronize them for a good pedicure, but don't ever ask for a gift card from there.

I got the individual natural look with the D curl you can't even tell that they are even false lashes. They look full and natural. The fill took about an hour which is pretty quick! I have gotten my lashes done only in LA & I finally found my go to girl Annie to do my lashes from now on. Super satisfied with her work. She is super friendly and kind she made the time pass by quick. Honestly all the people at this nail shop are all so nice. Tips: - Be careful getting water on them wait 24 hours before getting them wet or they will start to fall out. - Also your natural lashes will fall out with the false lashes that is the one thing everyone should know beforehand. It will happen whether you like it or not lol! (So if you love false individual lashes you know the consequences WE LOVE THEM THOUGH) - Make sure to wash around the lashes or use a Q-Tip to clean around the eye lid. This will be a lot easier to clean off the makeup around the eye. - I highly recommend brushing the lashes out through out the day with the tiny brush she gives you. It'll help them from sticking together.

I use Hannah for my for my services: manicure, pedicure,waxing of eyebrows, chin, and lips. She does a fantastic job she is so great. The first time I had the Jelly pedicure. They put gelatin into the water and it disperses and it's like gelatin soft silky everywhere on your legs. That's followed by your they wrap your calves in a warm towel and then followed by heated stones on your legs. I have the manicure that I had was the dip powder and it was awesome. The massage chairs are the best so great they really relax many ways. There are many choices of which to choose from color wise. I also love it because it is close to my home and so convenient.
