My MOH made an appointment for me and her to get our nails done for my wedding. We came in at the same time and were given colors to choose from and then told to sit. I got called to a nail tech first. My seat wasn't pulled out, I wasn't offered any beverages, nor did she talk to me unless it was about shape/length. The color I also wanted was running low so I had to choose a different color. My MOH waited 15 minutes and then got a spot, but she was seated a row away from me. Even though we had an appointment together at a specific time. This was at 10:30a on a Friday and the couches they had quickly filled up constantly After my nails were done I was rushed to the register and then overcharged. I wanted to wait for my MOH inside, but was pushed to leave. I waited in my car for 20 minutes and then left. I wasn't able to see my MOH like we planned bc of her appointment running late and me being pushed out. My MOH told me she was also running late bc her nail tech was working on a schedule and answering calls. Later my MOH asked me what I paid bc she also thought she was overcharged. She got acrylic and I got sns. I'd never been here before, but was excited bc I've been recommended to come here and left disappointed in the service, the nails looked good though. Overall not a good experience and frustrating.

Much needed pedicure matched with a wonderful establishment! I'm in town for a short visit and wanted a pedicure. Johnny is very friendly, great personality, and truly enjoyed my deluxe pedicure treatment. There are many chairs (more then 10!) and nail stations, very clean and would be great for any wedding party or large groups.

This is usually my go-to pedicure place but a few days after my last pedicure I ended up with an ingrown toenail. She didn't even cut my nails which shows me their nails tools aren't as clean as we think. Be careful before you head here next time

I'm new in town and I have been getting SNS gelous dipping powders on my natural nails for about 7 years now. What I love the most about these products is that the are odorless, very light weight, and do little to no damage to my nail-bed. I called ahead to ask if they indeed used SNS dipping powders and the male that answered confirmed. I have to say that he did not lie, they do have SNS dipping powders, BUT the gel base, sealer, and top coat that they use ARE NOT SNS. I do not know what brand these products are but they do have a chemical odor, kind of like superglue. I was definitely not happy about this but because I desperately needed my nails done before dinner (and another engagement the following day), I went ahead with the "SNS" manicure. My nails look beautiful. The shaping is near perfect. I am going to see if there is a difference in quality because of the products used from what I am used to and then do an updated review in a week or two. In my opinion if you are going to advertise a certain group of products (as seen throughout their 120+ pictures) you should have those available to use as a complete system. The Nail Palace is indeed a lovely establishment though.

Chipped, broken nail

Had an appointment and had to wait while they served walk ins first. A week after getting my nails done 3 have chipped off, 2 broke from the nail being too thin. I would never come back here

Greeted by a friendly face....and greeting. Used the bathroom-clean & bright. Got right in as a walk in pedicure. Eddie ended up doing my pedicure. He was SO FRIENDLY! A great listener and chatty! I loved it. The lady next to me drives up from Oshkosh to come here, I can see why! My legs, feet, and nails look and feel amazing. I would DEFINITELY come back!!

Staff was welcoming and the spa was clean, however the woman who did my shellac manicure did and awful job. She didn't cut my cuticles and painted the cuticles and edges of each nail. I won't go back.

Great pedicure. Loved it. Felt so great! The HANDS though, ugh! Ive had these nails on for 3 days and it already looks like they've been on for a month! The guy I had made a majority of my nails crooked, he didn't push my cuticles down, and didn't moisturize my hands when he was done. The whole time he did my hands, it felt rushed, like he had more important things to do.

I drove from Fond du Lac on the recommendation of a friend. I wanted somewhere clean, sterile, with…read morenatural and organic options and access to the newest and healthiest nail trends. I follow the latest nail trends and brands on social media, and am a amateur nail artist who usually does her own nails. The good: they had all that I wanted! Liners in the pedicure bowls, sealed and sterilized tools, SNS, a ton of color options from Zoya, and even the holographic powder that I wanted to try. Best part of all, it was an independent nail brand I recognized and trusted, not just a generic tub of who knows what. They were professional and kind, and I did not feel like I was getting shuffled around and out the door ASAP. The "meh": Because I take good care of my own nails, I didn't need a manicure and had come in with my nails naked and ready to go. I just needed an polish application and my nails to be buffed a little. I explained that on the phone and before my manicure. I was still charged full price, and was not given a discount for not having to remove polish, soak, clip, cut cuticles, shape, etc. The bad: Holy expensive! They give no combination discounts for getting a manicure and pedicure and will charge you for every extra you get. We got two basic pedicures, one acrylic tip application, two SNS manicures, and then upcharged $10 for my holo powder, and $5 to do a "coffin shape" on my daughter's acrylic nails. I thought the extra charge for that was silly. Total: $170! That's $50 more than I have ever spent anywhere else for the two of us to get mani/pedis. Overall, I will be back based on cleanliness and friendliness and skill (seriously everyone was SO NICE), but will avoid anything but the basics to keep it affordable. You get what you pay for, and in this case it's the truth, for the cost, it was worth every penny in the end.

Absolutely amazing place to go, I highly recommend! My sister and I walked-in with a regular pedi…read moreand gel pedi, and holy cow the pedicure station is so relaxing and beautiful! It's dark and has stars on the ceiling with a water wall. Most relaxing pedi of either of our lives. The service was exemplary, and the price is in line with other nail places in the Fox Valley that aren't even half as nice as this place. A true spa experience! I will be recommending this place to anyone that will listen. PLEASE go here!
