I've been here several times, usually it's a mediocre nail salon. After today's experience I wouldn't even rate this place 1 star. I went in with a picture for shape, it's not coffin, but it's not as wide as square. I showed ling ling the picture of the nails and said I want them this shape with green gel polish. During conversation I told her I'm very precise about my nails and she proceeds to say "im to young to be picky." She started filing my nails coffin, so i asked her to make them square and sharp on the end. After she was finished I was so upset, I asked her to fix them and try and make them more square. She got pissy and started rushing and filing my nails, slapped a top coat on and told me to go pay. I went up to the counter and the guy tells me it's $58.62 plus tax. I said are you charging me for coffin nails because they aren't suppose to be coffin. I showed him the picture and he said my nails look the same as the picture. That that's coffin shape. After going back n forth he gives me a "$5" discount. I gave him 2 $50.00 dollar bills and he gives me $43.15 back in change. I had to ask for a recipient and he still telling my nails look "fine" & "they look the exact same as the picture" as he was laughing at me. I do not recommend this place! They also use the same tools and products on multiple customers and put them back in the "sanitized" container. So gross!!!!

Unless you are looking for a rushed, half assed, overpriced mani/pedi, go somewhere else. I was in town from Chicago for work and needed to get my nails done. I regret going here. I had to ask multiple times for them to cut my nails short (they didn't), my nail lengths are uneven, they caked the gel on so thickly and did not clean it up and I had to spend a good 30 minutes filing out the gel that was caked on glueing my nails to my fingers. They also were very rough, not at all relaxing or enjoyable. On top of all of this, the services are WAY more expensive than any mani/pedi in Chicago. I am out the door for $55 for a gel mani/pedi back home. I have never been charged to remove gel if I am getting a nail service - they charged me $5 for this (if I am coming in to only get the gel removed, then yes, I understand being charged). Here, it cost me $72 (they also charge $5 for scrub). Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

Mai was amazing! So quick and efficient. She was super sweet and patient, helped pick out my colors and shape with me. Definitely recommend!

I'm HIGHLY DISSATISFIED! The lady was extremely rude and cut me and just put alcohol over my cuts and didn't seem to care that I was bleeding. She also didn't get the corners on my nails. You can see the old color underneath. When I complained about the cuts and her being rude they didn't do anything. I will never be coming back to this nail salon!

First a foremost, I get the same thing every time I come to this place and I end up paying a different price EVERYTIME. Either too much or less. It's NEVER consistent. Secondly, I've had THEE worst experience yesterday on 12/5/18 around 5:00pm. I went in to get a fill-in and pedicure. The man giving me a fill-in, I've never sat in his chair before. All of my nails were not the same shape, but not too far off to where I couldn't be satisfied, until I noticed that my pinky's were way too different. One pinky was narrow squared and the other was an unknown coffin shape. I asked nicely for him to adjust the shape and he got frustrated with me instantly and wanted to argue with me about nail bed size, which it had nothing to do with. The SHAPE is off. He was VERY RUDE and was throwing his hands up when I just requested for him to make the change. He eventually TRIED to fix it, but then he filed it down way too low and the other nail was just still looking different. At that point, he knew that I was pissed and I told him to just put clear polish on my nails and get my check. No pedicure...charged me $30 for uneven nails....never again.

Love this nail salon! I am very glad I found it! Mai is the best. Ask for her. I have acrylics and had lifting issues with one of the other girls. Nail salon is very clean. The pedicures are absolute heaven!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is horrible and don't recommend at all. I came in and got a mani with gel polish and a pedi. Before my nails was even dry the tech was so pressed for payment. I paid with a card and circled zero for a tip. Before I could even let my nails finish drying Delena or whatever her name was like "oh no tip". In which I was planning and had cash but was going to wait until my nails were dry. However instead she then begin to touch me and started laughing. Once I said I'm still drying I will after. I simply just got up and just tossed money on the table and told her to come and get it since that's all she fucking cared about. Like you couldn't even waited until I was dry and finish the job(cleaning off nails). They are so horrible at this establishment. Then during my entire pedi her and other techs were just talking and just rushing the entire job. I can't believe she touched me and was so quick to ask for a tip before services were truly completed. That's what drew the line. Cause I would've been wrong if i touched her ass back. You not supposed to touch a customer. That's crossing all types of lines. This place is simply garbage!!!! Don't spend your money here. I ended up leaving the shop with wet nails and paint all over my hands just because I couldn't even stand to stay after the rudeness and disrespect.

Today was the worst experience I've ever had getting a manicure & shellac. Usually I either use Raun Hairdressers in Willoughby or Vince Neil Salon at Legacy, and I'm happy to pay more because I know I'll get consistent and outstanding results every time. I haven't used Nail Lacquer in two years because I haven't once left this nail spa without complaining or being somewhat unhappy with my nails. Today I was going to an event unexpectedly and didn't have time to drive out to Legacy and Rauns was booked, so I gave Nail Lacquer a shot. BIG MISTAKE!!! I was presented with what I would say over a hundred color choices, and there was not even one lavender color in shellac... So I chose a color I wasn't happy with. The technician saw I wasn't happy with the selection but didn't offer to let me try a couple different ones before deciding. What he did do is be visibly annoyed that I was hesitating to make a choice. Based on his pressure I chose a color I didn't really want. It's fine the color wasn't my first choice for tonight's event but I could make it work for the next couple of weeks. He proceed to give me a bad manicure, filing my nails and cutting cuticles... I was caught up watching TV while he worked on my nails. I walked in with fresh, clean nails, that haven't had any shellac in weeks. I was letting them recover. I then look at the finished nails and each of them looked terrible, the shellac was bleeding in Into the cuticles, that he cut off... Didn't push them in, it ran into the sides of the nail beds and there was visible skin sticking out from under the nails and sides... I was horrified. At this point I was ushered to pay and I complained. The manager was very kind and offered to fix it but I didn't trust them to redo the shellac a second time and I didn't have time to get it done a second time. I asked for it to be removed and just a regular paint job. He sends me back to the same rep, he was so rough taking off the shellac, he ripped my nail beds I spent weeks grow out... And then made my thumb bleed... BLEED! I asked for him to stop and someone else finish. A lady came and started to prep my nails to pain them. I found the color in regular nail polish and she proceeded to superglue my thumb and paint the nails. When she was done I went to dry my nails. After they dried to my horror the nails looked terrible... The nail color was watered down by a paint thinner so bad that the top coat was half on half off... I felt tears in my eyes because I was out of time and my nails looked terrible, I wouldn't believe how bad this entire experience was and I had several of my fingers hurting because he cut to deep into my cuticles. The only reason this is getting one star is because the manager didn't make me pay. I would never ever return, I'd rather have my 8 year old son pint my nails than come back here.

My second time here. Both wonderful experiences. Good price, and nice atmosphere. Very clean and organized. Not too long of a wait. It was packed and I was in and out in one hour. Lots of services and colors to choose from! My new Toe spot!
