The employees are dedicated and seem truly invested in ensuring a satisfactory experience. The owner Natalie is one of the kindest, humblest and overall sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. For the millions of clients she has, I am surprised she knows me by name. I can see why this place has been awarded so many accolades and can attest to their commitment to customer service. They have moved several times, to bigger and nicer places, and I keep following them! Parking is a breeze with a large parking lot which it shares with other small businesses. Ok the massages, I love deep tissue! and deep tissue is what they give. Please be honest and tell your therapist if you want the pressure more firm or less firm. They do not get offended at all. They are receptive if you are down for small talk during massages or not (I personally do not). The beds/rooms are well kept and zen inspired. Still skeptical? they have promotions on groupon right now!!! Take advantage, I would not want you to miss out on the best massage place that CLE has to offer.

We were greeted by the receptionist with an offer of wine while we filled out our forms. Yes please. The forms asked about which areas to focus on, if we had any we wanted them to avoid, etc. The massage therapists still made sure to chat with each of us about areas we wanted to target and what kind of pressure we liked which I appreciated. I mentioned that I stand for work all day and have shoulder issues and she really spent a lot of time on that area. I really felt like she listened to what I needed and that was great. My body hasn't felt this good in months!! If you're looking for a big fancy spa with all the bells and whistles, this may not be your spot. But if you're okay with a quaint spot with great therapists, definitely check it out. They regularly have specials and discounts, so check their website or call them!

I came here for lash extensions- and Cheyenne was amazing. She was a total rockstar. My lashes were…read morebeautiful and stayed for three weeks. That experience was 5 starts. However, when I set up my appointment for my touch up the receptionist was unpleasant to deal with. She called me three times while I was at work to ask if I could move my appointment up. In response I told her IF I could make that I would let her know within the hour but if I did not call her then we would have to stick with my original time. This spa sends out text messages as reminders of appointment times. I received a message she had moved my appointment up so I used my lunch break to take the trip out to the spa. When I checked in the receptionist asked me why I was there because my appointment wasn't for another hour. She told me that she only sent that message in HOPES that I would call her. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized and inconvenient. I take a drive of 55 minutes to get to this specific spa. I had to sit there and wait an hour and a half for my appointment which was supposed to be with Cheyenne but it was not. Cheyenne has to go home early that day which is understanding. Things pop up and I'm understanding of that. The woman who did my lashes was new and took longer than expected. At this point I didn't mind as long as my eyelashes were done correctly (spoiler alert: they were not). At the end of my appointment the receptionist offered me an eyebrow wax "it looks like" I "could use it". The most unprofessional rude service I've ever had. I was so disappointed and irked by this situation. The picture uploaded is less than a week after my appointment date. Cheyenne came in to check on my lashes before she rushed out and kept telling the woman doing my lashes to get new glue. The way this was poorly handled really depreciates a business incredibly quickly. If anyone has a suggestion for a new lash place let me know ASAP!

You can fix all your problems - just ask for Natasha. But really my 120 min shirodhara treatment…read morewith Natasha was absolutely magical and so therapeutic. And all my friends equally valued and enjoyed their services. The spa is located in a home in Tremont, and there are a few relaxation rooms in addition to treatment rooms. There are also restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, as well as dedicated parking in the adjacent lot. The property has some lovely bee and butterfly friendly gardens. My only feedback would be to perhaps have some chairs for outdoor seating pre- or post-service. While this spa doesn't have all the amenities of a larger spa, the coziness of the property and especially the quality of the services will more than compensate. Please come support a wonderful local business and walk away cured!!!

I wanted to have another baby but knew the chances where slim since I was in my late 30's, overweight and on heavy narcotics. The doctors told me that I has to get off the narcotics. I weened myself off the narcotics and started seeing Dawn hoping and praying for a miracle. After a few visits I felt much better and wondered why I didn't do this sooner. Dawn worked extensively on my back and neck and helped educate me about my body. After several months with no medication and very little pain I was able to conceive. I attribute Dawns care for my health and her knowledge of how to help with my particular needs to my being able to be a Mommy again.
