I called to make a appointment and left a message. I later received a text to schedule. I asked for specific dates and times of availability and hours of operation and wasn't given a clear cut answer. I was not asked for my name or my problem areas or preferred pressure. I was not told what to expect either, so I just went with the flow. The actual massage was really good and relaxing and the location was very clean The massage therapist did at least talk to me at the end, but just to tell me to pull up my groupon, tell me about other services and wish me a good day.
