My assumption is based on the fact that there's no way she would have a job there still if she was just an average receptionist. I was a first time patient for a colonic session and was just trying to get some information regarding the session and she was so short and snappy that it made me uncomfortable and disappointed, as I was really looking forward to some help, to even continue the conversation. I took my business elsewhere and had such a great experience. The couple who ran the place were super informative and so nice and pleasant that I can't wait to go back for the help I need. I'd rather drive 45 minutes out to Solon than to have another interaction with Renee. it's as if she didn't even want my money!

Renee is extremely knowledgeable, very approachable and friendly, and made my appointment fun. The location gives off a super new age-y vibe Which I love and made me feel at ease right when I walked in the door. I made another appointment for next week and will continue to come to this location or her mentor location for maintenance and follow up. I highly recommend this business. Check out all the other services that she offers.

I drove to the location and no one was there. I called spoke to some guy who told me he was surprised at what I had to say and offered me a free massage. I contacted them again a week later was told I would be contacted to schedule a appointment no one ever got back to me.

I grabbed a Groupon from here after seeing my friend's excellent manicure from Chi Energy Spa…read more I bought a manicure and pedicure appointment for my birthday. The building is off the beaten path. It's the old LTV Steel corporate offices. The Annex building 2 is all the way to the left, you cross through the walkway and when you get to the office, knock on the door. The door is locked for privacy reasons, I presume. My pedicure and manicure looked really good and lasted at least a week. It was a relaxing and calming appointment in a nice secluded atmosphere. My manicurist was friendly. We chit chatted a little bit but then she let me just relax. She was patient while I took forever to pick my colors and was thorough in her application. Like I said, it was a really good manicure. From the website, it shows they provide other services such as hair removal, make up application and lessons, massages, scrubs, and facials. I got a basic manicure and pedicure but they also provide gel and Shellac. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I really enjoyed this. I will be back!

And all my friends equally valued and enjoyed their services. The spa is located in a home in Tremont, and there are a few relaxation rooms in addition to treatment rooms. There are also restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, as well as dedicated parking in the adjacent lot. The property has some lovely bee and butterfly friendly gardens. My only feedback would be to perhaps have some chairs for outdoor seating pre- or post-service. While this spa doesn't have all the amenities of a larger spa, the coziness of the property and especially the quality of the services will more than compensate. Please come support a wonderful local business and walk away cured!!!

My masseuse was very nice but was either very inexperienced or just lacked technique. Lots of oil and 90 % forearm in lieu of a deep tissue massage.
