No cuticle care, and left mounds of cured nail glue under my nails. Also left enough space between my cuticle and the start of the nail where it looks like I've had them for a week. Everywhere on their website and in store their prices are posted. $65+ for an acrylic full set w/color. I was expecting maybe $10 more for chrome, at the most. My total was $104 and the whole time they wouldn't stop asking if I wanted my eyebrows or feet done. They asked me for tips after I tipped once already. Would not break down the price for me. They kept telling me to tell my friends, so if you choose to go here, make sure they do not overcharge you. And double check everything they do to make sure it is correct. I also was their last appointment of the day, and as a 17 yr old girl, I did not feel comfortable going alone. UPDATE: It has been 6 days and one nail already came off. No force, it FELL off??

The space was clean and i saw employees actively sanitizing. Tony did my pedicure and he was very nice. I would return if in the area. I paid with cash and a basic pedicure was 37. My hot towel service and my pedicure water were both not hot. If I return, I would request hotter water and warmer towels.

I had to ask someone else to turn off the water because it was about to overflow then the original girl who turned it on SPRINTED back to turn it off and was apologizing. But never asked me about the water temperature which was scalding hot and obviously steaming so I couldn't even put my feet in. Then someone who came in after me got their pedicure first and a second person that also came in after me was going to get theirs started until another employee yelled at them to do mine first instead. Then the actual pedicure wasn't great. He did not scrub my feet or even trim down my cuticles which are some of the most basic parts of a pedicure?? Definitely not with the money and will not be coming back.
