This is BY far the BEST nail salon I have ever visited. I moved here from Boston doing the whole Newbury St thing and they don't even come close. I have also have yet to find a nail salon like this on the Shoreline. First, they give the best French nails I have ever had and I am picky. They will also use designs and crystals to your liking. Nothing tacky, Just beautiful. The selection of dip, gel, and traditional nail color is far beyond any place I have seen. Jessica does eyebrows like nobody else, knows just what to remove for the perfect arch. Herself and Eva (I believe you spell it like that) give tremendous service, fantastic extensive (from what I have experienced) massages when they are done. Everyone working there is professional, kind, and take pride in their work. I couldn't be happy and would never go anywhere else. It is a small shop right next to Big Y. I am so grateful when I leave there and feel so good about my nails. Oh, did I mentioned their prices are lower than anywhere I have been? And every penny is worth it. I've been coming here for over 25 years continuously. My sister's wedding party got our nails done here in 2003, and even then we had been ling term clients. The owners, Jessica and Steven, are fun, delightful, and expert nail technicians. They are Chinese and their staff is mostly Spanish and Chinese, so the common language is English. Which is very nice when dealing with an Asain spa. They offer all different kinds of nail options. Gel and regular manicures, but also dip powder, acrylic, nail design and UV gel. They have many different options for spa pedicures as well. Each more luxurious than the next. While I sit in a comfortable pedicure chair, there is a nice back massage that comes courtesy of the chair. But speaking of massage, Steven is also a licensed massage therapist and trained his staff. The same couple also own Shoreline Massage located right next door, and give complementary massages as your nails are drying, or fantastic relaxing massages in their massage rooms. They have many different massages to choose from. Reflexology is offered at both the nail salon and the massage parlor. This place is well priced, well maintained, well staffed and offers a highly enjoyable experience every time I go. read more

This place does the trick on a Sunday! I was very thankful they were open when I was in need and my preferred Salon was closed. The place was clean and they were efficient. It was silent inside and my tech wasn't social (which is totally fine!) but I wish there had been background music to fill the silence. The mani/pedi didn't last quite as long as others usually do, but still way better than I could've done myself. read more

This place was amazing! My nails look great and I even ruined them after getting gas after (my fault) and I came back and they were so nice about repainting a chip that I caused! Definitely recommend. I got acrylics. read more

This is the best nail salon along the entire Shoreline. The owners Steve and Jessica do an excellent job. They are great with nails and also do an excellent quality leg massage with the pedicure. This nail salon is very fairly priced for the time they spend taking care of you during a mani-pedi.They do a great job on gel nails and regular manicures. 3/15 I made appt for nail fill, showed up to appt on time w lady I cared for. A woman started immediately on her, claimed her nails were beautiful n didn't need to be filled. She filed n filed until she filed a hole which she had to fix with crazy glue, which hurt my lady. nails appeared fine until she woke today 14 days after manicure w that very same nail broken off. I usually take her elsewhere, which last 2 months. I showed up for a service at appt time and no one was thereto perform service I requested. I never have done my nails w filler, so I didn't know difference. I feel elderly have been taken advantage of here. read more

I've recently discovered this hidden gem, so glad I did! Staff is very friendly and they really take their time with their work. Environment is very clean. Good selection of polish- both regular and gel. I've only been here a handful of times but I think I may need to make this my regular salon! Very excited to try the different services they offer (at great prices too!). I HIGHLY recommend the SNS acrylics. They are extremely durable, very lightweight, stay shiny, and lasts longer than 2 weeks (depending on how frequently you use your hands)! When they are ready to be removed or when you need a new set, you will notice your natural nail is much more healthier than when removing acrylic powder nails. read more

A new customer to Nail Gallery as I left another salon because they were so busy and so rushed the process which caused nail breakage and having to return for fixes. On arriving at Nail Gallery everyone was helpful and friendly. It has been about 6 months now and my nails are great. Jessica and her staff are professional, careful and you can feel confident that your nails will look great and last for at least 2 weeks. Recently I tried waxing and Laura does a great job keeping me neat. And they have added massage. The location is convenient next to The Big Y and Walmart, so one stop shopping. I have been a customer at Nail Gallery since it opened. It is by far one of the best places in town for shellac, manicures, pedicures and waxing. The owners Jessica and Steven are conscientious and detail-oriented. The prices are great. A back massage comes with the service and you can get a parrafin dip for your hands. Forget about your old nail place and go here right now. I brought my dad, who has severe mobility issues, and they were so sweet and helpful to him. As soon as I pulled up in front of the door, two women came running out. They beat me to getting dad out of the car and got him all settled in to the pedicure chair while I parked. Everything is so clean and sanitary and they are very careful. While my toes were drying, I got a long, wonderful (and free!) massage. The price is very good ($27 for pedicure, $13 for manicure) and they have a huge color choice. When we finished up, they got my dad up and out the door while I got the car and then they even helped him get in the car. I am so thankful for their friendly and generous staff! read more

Nail Gallery (in the Big Y parking lot) is my favorite nail salon in Guilford. The staff are cheerful and they do a very good job. They welcome strangers as well as regulars. The music is minimal and the place is very clean and pleasant. The short massage the staff gives you while your nails are drying is so good you can't believe you don't have to pay for it! This place was terrible. Nice people but terrible job. They didn't do what I asked for and what they said would last at least two weeks didn't even last one. They also charged way too high for something I didn't ask for or want. Bad service. read more
