I had hoped to get relief then start on my day. Here and their own site says they open at 9am, they did not open at 9am. The fliers out front also had another different time on them. I woman I had identified herself as "Tina". She said they drive in from New York and hit traffic. I saw more than three different price sets for the same service between: their website, the board at the front door, and the fliers in the dispenser on the front window. According to their own website being a first-time customer I should have gotten an hour for $50.00. She charged me $65.00 plus tax equaling $70.00. Then I was pressured into giving a higher tip after giving a tip. If they have changed their hours and prices, they need to get it all uniform between all their different platforms. No one likes to show up and have a business not be open when they say they'll be open but to be charged higher price than is listed on multiple places is an insult. If anything she should have given me a discount based on the fact she knew I had called and was waiting there for awhile for them to open. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience. I'll update if anything changes.

We both received the full body yin and yang massage for $88. We were charged full price because the "system" didn't automate that upon checkout. We have been back and forth with the owners for FLASE advertising. I will NOT be coming back at all! The owner told us we could come back to get the service is 50% off before April 20. That is completely unacceptable. Especially from a business owner to another business owner, you don't up charge clients, offers the same discount and then say there's a system automation when YOU automate the system yourself. HORRIBLE. On top of the demand for a tip for all of the services, that is also unacceptable. And a turn off from a customer standpoint. As for the do services; I was surprised for my birthday with a yin and yang massage and a head spa treatment Upon waking in, the place smelled like fresh tea and a warm experience in the best way. As a nurse, I am always on my feet, so my calves and my feet have been very sore. I also store a lot of work stress and muscle tension in my back. But, after my massage, I walked out of the spa feeling like 1 million bucks. All that muscle tension is now immediately gone. I feel like jello and it's an amazing feeling. During the massage, I actually had a muscle spasm in my right calf. However, I know that this is because Jalisa was doing a superb job kneading my calf which caused the muscle to seize and release a lot of built up pressure (I run 4 times a week and I work 13 hours a shift for 3 shifts a week in a hospital). She immediately recognized it when it was happening and promptly massaged it until it felt like butter. As for the ambiance, the spa is an amazing place. They have a decent selection of music and lighting to choose from for your float experience. They supply ear plugs, both the wax ones and the ones that go in your ear. They also supply body wash, shampoo & conditioner. After your float they have a room with hairdryers and other items you may need to get ready. The Float itself was so relaxing. They said it takes about 45 minutes for you to really relax and that is spot on. The total experience is 1 1/2 hours and such a great experience. To be able to just unplug and relax weightless in the warm epsom salt water is incredible. After the Float staff checks in on how your time was and offers you tea or water and a space to continue to relax. Loved it there, love the experience & I look forward to going back!
