She fumbled around with the equipment, switching things out when she could not make them work. I chose a cat's eye polish that requires a magnetic drawn across the nail to produce the cat's eye effect. The technician didn't do this step and when I asked her about it, she had no idea what I was talking about. I told her to just forget it as long as I wasn't charged for the process. Two days later a huge part of a nail fell off. My nail beds got chewed up so much that any time she put a solution on my finger it stung. I have a visible scab on my thumb from the over aggressive cutting. I will not be back.

Terrible experience, I'm never going back…read more Literally just got home from getting a gel manicure that I wish I went back for a refund. First it's such a strange environment. You sit down and they bring you a dusty box of colors for you to choose from. I picked my color while she started filing. Granted my nails were already short, I don't know how it's possible that the technician made them shorter. Generally, I get my nails done about every 3-4 weeks so I'm pretty familiar with how nail salons normally do manicures. The way she was filing and buffing my nails was a little strange and as I look at my nails now, she really didn't clean up anything. I still have little hangnails and jagged edges to my nails. Now for the actual color part, as the technician painted my nails she got quite a lot of polish on my skin which I thought was fine because she would just clean it off. Well, keep that in mind for later. She continued painting and then putting into the light for a regular gel manicure. When she was done, she took the polish on my skin off by filing it. Yes, filing it. So after my nails were already painted she decided to file my nails again. Let me tell you, I have never experienced before and quite frankly I think it doesn't work at all. The edges of my nails are now sharp and there is still polish on my skin. Oh, and my nails are even shorter. For the end she put some green scrub and lightly rubbed it in. then she told me that I had to go up to wash it off. I mean that's kind of strange. Going to the sink with the nail technician to wash the scrub off in cold water. It just seemed so weird. I had my phone and keys in my lap that I had to pick up while my hands had some kind of scrub on them. The total was $32 + tax which is a little more expensive than my other usual place, but nevertheless I paid and got out of there. Looking back at my nails right now and all I see are air bubbles, Mars and a waste of my money and time. Go to another place!

It almost felt like me entering was a bother. I did opt for the slightly more pricey mini spa pedicure. She was very attentive and thorough. Not the clearest communication when it came to when I should go in and come out of the water though. The place was completely silent for the first 30 minutes until she realize she never turned the audio on the tranquil spa video. Awkward. Over the span of being there about an hour and a half, no other customers came in and there weren't any phone calls to have appointments made. This place was very clean, well kept and followed safety guidelines.

I have had a lash lift probably over a dozen times. This was somethin else. I got a gift card to…read morethis place which is what brought me in. They would not take an apt without my credit card number in their computer, despite the fact that I was paying with a gift card. Offered to give them that number but they would not make the apt without having my credit card number in hand. So back to the lash lift. Yikes. Never once was glue of any kind put onto my eyelids for a lash lift and tint. The procedure began with the provider placing glue strips/tabs all over my eye lids. She did not use a fan to dry down any of the solutions/serums until my eye started burning. In every other lash lift I've had, a fan is alway used to dry down the liquids. At the end of the apt, a tweezer was used to pry the glue strips off my eyelids. When she plucked my eyelid skin, she stopped trying to get anymore glue off. When I left, there was still glue adhered to my eyelids, they were dry and stiff and I could barely blink comfortably which lead me to scraping it off myself. My eyelids are red, swollen and shredded and my eyelashes are stiff. This is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Would never come back or recommend this place to anyone, even if you have a gift card. Regift it. Or just don't get a lash lift. They should take lash lift off the service menu.
