I'm originally from CT but been in Orange County, CA the last 8 years and I've experienced all sorts of injectors and med spas. All I have to say is this sweet woman blew me away! When I say I've been to so many places in California over the years/ none of the work ever satisfied me enough to stay- which you would think CA would be flooded with great injectors- not my experience. Kati gave me such an informative and detailed consultation which consisted of taking different profiles of my face and breaking it down on her iPad, explaining what she could/couldn't do with my anatomy- what she would recommend, and what I don't need. I can just tell she really cares and doesn't push her clients to do anything extra just to make more $$. She was honest and I really appreciate that. I will be coming to see Kati on the 1-2 visits I make to CT yearly and she recommended a medspa in CA I can visit between my trips to CT which I really appreciated. Point is- if you want knowledge, honesty, talented work, and an experience that you feel good about spending your money on, go to clarity medical aesthetics.

They would not take an apt without my credit card number in their computer, despite the fact that I was paying with a gift card. Offered to give them that number but they would not make the apt without having my credit card number in hand. So back to the lash lift. Yikes. Never once was glue of any kind put onto my eyelids for a lash lift and tint. The procedure began with the provider placing glue strips/tabs all over my eye lids. She did not use a fan to dry down any of the solutions/serums until my eye started burning. In every other lash lift I've had, a fan is alway used to dry down the liquids. At the end of the apt, a tweezer was used to pry the glue strips off my eyelids. When she plucked my eyelid skin, she stopped trying to get anymore glue off. When I left, there was still glue adhered to my eyelids, they were dry and stiff and I could barely blink comfortably which lead me to scraping it off myself. My eyelids are red, swollen and shredded and my eyelashes are stiff. This is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Would never come back or recommend this place to anyone, even if you have a gift card. Regift it. Or just don't get a lash lift. They should take lash lift off the service menu.

I recently visited Langdon Center for a laser treatment to remove a few areas on my face where…read moresmall veins or broken blood vessels were showing. Unfortunately, I was not quoted a price before treatment (just a range from $250 partial-$495 full face.) After receiving treatment on a few areas I was presented a bill of $495 which is considerably higher than the same treatments I've had at YOLO $175 and Esana $250. The aesthetician was was very knowledgable and friendly and gave me her business card to contact her if I had any questions or issues. A couple of days later, I noticed there was a small area on the side of my nose that appeared to have been skipped - so I contacted the office and asked if I could come in for a touch up on that one specific vein on the side of my nose. The receiptionist stated that the laser doesn't always work and and that they would have to charge me again if I would come in to have it treated again. I explained that it was simply one tiny area consisting of a few veins which was probably missed. She put me on hold and said she went to talk to the doctor and then told me that it often takes a full month to see results and to be patient. I explained I've had these treatments several times and they disappear a couple of days after the laser treatment -- however, I asked if after a month, I don't see results could I come back for a touch up on that one area? She told me sure but I would be charged again for a full procedure $495. Note, it literally takes 10 seconds or less to zap one area consisting of a couple of broken blood vessels. It is one zap, one press of the laser. I told her that I was extremely disappointed and that I would not come back. She said, "have a good day" and hung-up. Honestly, I was quite shocked with the level of customer service from her after having such a great experience with the aesthetician. I immediately wrote this review. A couple weeks after posting the review above, I was contacted by the office manager - who was asked to reach out to me, because she had learned I was unhappy.
