I asked the owner or person in charge and she said she can do it for you this time and another tech chimed in with an attitude and said you changed the service. The answers didn't make sense. Anywhere I have ever went cuticle care is part of the mani. I could have went back and forth with them about cuticle care but it wasn't worth the energy. They should make it clear with a sign that you would have to pay extra. It's not the cost either. It's the principle.

My friend said she didn't want dip powder because it takes longer, and the place advertises for UV gel fill. Why not just provide the service requested? My nail tech also tried to push me to do dip. I said fine because I didn't feel like debating back and forth. She ended up doing regular gel for me...? My friend's nail tech got up during her nail service to answer the phone. We each sat for about an hour and a half. My nail shape and color looked good at the end; I was surprised how long she spent filing my nails but never got around to trimming the cuticles or applying any cuticle oil. Typically I go to Angel Tips, but their wait was too long. I was in a time crunch. 2 stars for being available. $98 for both manicures. Update: went to work and 2 nails broke the SAME day I got them done because they used regular gel instead of UV gel. I went back and asked for my money back and they blamed me for "not being careful". Rudest nail techs I've ever experienced. Highly recommend not going there, even in an emergency.

They keep telling me "few more minutes" when I keep asking when they will be able to take us and I watch the man answer the phone to take an appointment and then just put the phone down and continue with what he was doing (not writing down the appointment). As I am getting my nails done, a women who was clearly on drugs keeps asking when her nails will be ready to be done. My nails lasted 1 week, I got what I paid for. MJ nails is cheap but you get your money worth. Do not go here, it isn't worth it. I went back and forth with them telling them to tell me a real time and to stop saying "few minutes" but that is all she could tell me. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and horrible.
