Loved my experience at Salon H. The hair stylist did an amazing job. Front desk was so welcoming and even after my appointment took the time to ensure I was satisfied with my visit. The only confusing part was scheduling my online appointment. You have to be very careful what services you select as that is what determines how much time is allotted for your appointment. I mistakenly did not select a blow dry after my service however they were happy and accommodating to make sure I left as I expected! Will definitely be returning soon!! read more

I was extremely delighted with my first experience at Salon H. I was hesitant at first because it was a little further than I would normally drive...but I am so glad I did! When I entered the shop, I was greeted right away by Diane at the front. She was very kind and made me feel welcomed. Not only her, but all the stylists and owner had smiles on their face and made acknowledgments of my presence, which isn't always typical of salons unless they are the ones doing your hair. They have nail services, makeup services and some cool things to look at while waiting. I had Erin do my cut, highlights/belyage, and glaze. It came out awesome! She listened to what I wanted, I expressed I didn't want a brassy look and she achieved the carmel look perfectly on my dark brown hair. She's awesome! And I am sure the others are as well. I only give this review 5 stars because of the absolutely lovely owner. Heidi is so sweet and fixed my hair for me when one of her stylists messed up. I had a horrible experience with this stylist. I asked for a balayage and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She said "that's going to look great, let's do it!" Shortly after leaving the salon, paying for my hair, and tipping 20%, I realized it wasn't what I wanted at all. So I called the salon back, hoping that she would say I could come back in. Instead she gaslighted me saying "sweetie you've just had a big change to your hair you should sit with it a few days" and more. Would not recommend seeing the stylist Bella. When you get your hair done you're excited to have what you want done and pay a lot of money for it, you shouldn't have to settle for something completely different and this is what she wanted me to do. So extremely grateful Heidi fixed it and was so generous. read more

I had a great experience at Salon H. Being my first time there, I was a bit nervous. However, I had heard excellent reviews about the service of the salon. I was not disappointed by my experience. Everyone in the salon was very sweet and there was an overall warm vibe to the place. Michelle did a great job on my hair. I had bought a livingsocial deal for a full balayage and blow dry (my first ever livingsocial purchase) and didn't know what to expect, service wise. Could using a coupon or 'deal' leave me with a mediocre, rushed finished product? Absolutely not. Michelle took her time and was so kind, and the finished product was just what I had hoped for. She took my auburn/blonde ombre and created an overall blonde that was natural looking and dimensional. I am planning on returning in the near future, whenever I start itching to be a little blonder. read more

I've been getting my hair done at Salon H for a few years and wouldn't go anywhere else! It's a beautiful, cozy, privately run salon with an intimate and friendly feel. Michelle always makes be beautiful and even the girls I'm not working with always make me feel welcome and tell me how great I look when I'm leaving. The design is upscale, classy, and super clean. My first time at salon h and I was completely impressed! The salon is beautiful. Different stations where they wash, cut and color your hair. Crystal was absolutely amazing and exactly what I wanted was what I got. My dry yellow hair now feels so soft and healthy. It was a relaxing treat for myself to be away from the kids and work! I am very impressed with this salon! We were staying at a local hotel for a wedding and the electricity went out on the day of the wedding. The salon owner allowed us to come use their facility - with our own make-up artist and hair stylist - to get ready for the wedding. Wow. Loved this place for kids cuts, but now will not accept appointments for kids. Such a disappointment! I understand wanting to build an adult clientele; yet, don't alienate ways to get business in the door. Poor business decision. read more

I was referred to Salon H for hair and makeup by my wedding venue and could not have been happier. The salon itself has a great open floorplan so my girls and I could feel like we were getting ready together without making a mess in a hotel room. Heidi hooked us up with mimosas and yummy nibbles, and had an area we could relax in while we got make-up done. Everyone at the salon was incredibly personable and professional -- Erika and Michelle did an incredible job with our make-up!!! Somehow Heidi managed to schedule me, seven bridesmaids, the mother of the bride, the mother of the groom, and two flower girls for make-up and hair without any fuss and kept us on schedule. She even referred me to a local bridal shop where I ended up getting hairpieces and jewelry. I felt so pampered and everyone looked beautiful. I wished I lived closer so I could go there regularly. read more

I bought a living social deal for full highlights, haircut and style to Salon H mostly because I wanted to get my hair done and not spend an arm and a leg. I am now counting my lucky stars that I did that! The salon is very clean, professional and chic. The waiting area is relaxing and has various amenities. Lauren was my stylist and she was kind, courteous and listened attentively to what I was looking for. I wanted a summer look without looking streaky and I wanted two different color highlight/ lowlight to accent the color of my hair. She steered me in the way of just half a head of highlights but did TONS of foils. She worked quickly and efficiently! Her highlights are literally the best I have ever gotten. They are small and fine and look so natural that even I couldn't really tell that I had gone to the salon. My haircut was so flattering to my face shape and she blew my hair out like a pro. My boyfriend said this is the best he has ever seen my hair and I couldn't agree more. They also gave a discount to me for next time as a returning customer! I will definitely go back! read more
