i've spent a lot of money for services and tips at Villa nail. The staff are not genuinely friendly, and at times I had felt like they acted like I was imposing on them. Many of them do not speak English, which makes it awkward and at times when they're speaking Chinese to each other, it feels like they're talking and laughing about the customers, I think they should work on having better social etiquette and more available translators to assist with communication during service I've decided not to spend any more money with them and go elsewhere. It's very expensive and for the amount of money that I have paid for services in tips I expect to get a lot more out of it at least polite etiquette. read more

I paid for a manicure using Dazzle Dry which is $10 more than regular polish. I've been using Dazzle Dry for well over a year and know that the color dries matte in between coats. The polish was in a Dazzle Dry bottle but what came out of it definitely was not. To add to that, I came in with almond shaped nails with good length and came out with short round nails. I think the girl who did them was new so I can forgive that, but switching the polish in the bottle and charging more for it is inexcusable. Definitely better places in the area to go to. read more

I went to this salon because of the buzz in town. I really had a terrible experience one that I had before in the Villa Nails in Guilford. Yes it is new and yes it is kinda clean and well decorated. I had a gentleman who spoke no English and was a beginner at his job. He pulled my cuticles on Oy feet a terrible time! Then painted my finger nails halfway !! I really think if you have a business care a bit more about the work. Your manicurists should have some training! I will not recommend this salon and there are better qualified people who do nails in Madison. read more

I went to this Villa Location and walked in- I AM IN LOVE with the tone and store setting. The interior design gave chic clean studio- something i hold at top value. At first, when they were doing my nails, it was a struggle but after some gall and patience, YES! THEY PULLED IT OFF! I am very proud of this Villa Nail location. I was nervous to see if they could pull off uv gel without the tip (use brush to mold the shape) because of my last experience at a different villa location in Ct- but I was very impressed!! The nail techs at the Madison location (i had amy specifically) DID FANTASTIC! I'm proud to say that I do love their work! Great job! I will be going back again! Service, great! aesthetic, great! hospitality, great! finished work (amy), pleased! Two days later? THEY HAVENT POPPED OFF OR BROKEN! Walked in for a manicure last week, no appt. Was taken right away. Very clean, attentive, beautiful job.

Super cute place, very nice people. I got a manicure with tips and dip powder and a pedicure. Both were good the only problem they seem to have is with the finishing. The edges of both the mani and pedi are a little bumpy, nothing that a little file won't fix. I'm going to chalk it up to them being new and just be a little more picky next time. The Guilford location has been my go to for years, I'm so happy they opened another location right near my office. I typically get a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. I don't have a set technician, but in general all of them are very meticulous and do a great job. The gels keep their shine and typically last about 2 weeks without chipping until my nail beds grow out, even though I'm really rough on my nails. Really good color selection and the complimentary back massage as your nails dry is the perfect finishing touch. They've been really busy, so recommend calling ahead to make sure they have space to fit you in! read more
