Considering it's the first day of phase 1 and they are making us wear masks, plastic capes and practicing social distancing- I'd say, it went well. In spite of having an appointment, my appointment started 42 minutes late because 3 nail techs didn't show up. Since that's a typical wait in most nail salons, it wasn't a biggie. The place was spotless they spaced us every 2 seats. They really did a great job and my tech did a great job. It's very difficult to communicate through masks, but I got a worth waiting for, much needed pedicure and polish change. I actually gave my manicure time to a lady who had been helping them get set up for reopening and needed her manicure more than I did because "We're all in this together," right? So... I got a polish change on hands and a super duper pedicure- very happy with both. I will be making my next appointment for 6 weeks from next Monday, because they are slower on Mondays according to Jessica, their scheduler. It's much more efficient to text for appointments in advance- although be warned, it's a nail salon and they are all notorious for the "Bird in the hand" philosophy. If you make an appointment for 10:00 and a walk in arrives at 9:30 and nobody is busy, they will take that walk in and your appointment will run late. This is not specific to this nail salon only. They all do that. If you take first opening, you will also run late because when they say they are open from 9-5, it means somebody will open at 9:10 or 9:15 and start prepping for the day at that time, not that you will be started then. Today, it wasn't the case. I think everyone was ready to get back to work after so many weeks without income. Ivy, the owner is super nice and her 2 steady techs, Candy & (I think) Mei might be the name of the lady that did my nails, efficiently went from client to client disinfecting between clients- but this is what a nail salon should do anyway. read more

This place sure is proud of the clients they have! When you first walk in you will go WOAH! They have hundreds of pictures on the walls and it is kind of tacky. I understand they want everyone to know that they do pro cheerleader and beauty queens nails but I think they hit the picture limit a long time ago. They also have a little sign that says if you break a bottle of the polish you have to pay for it, I don't think that is necessary. Now for the service, it was prompt and my friend and I got to sit right next to each other and get our toes done.When we were seated they offered us something to drink i think that is a nice touch. The pedicure was very nice and I would go back because they did such a nice job. But their pricing is pretty ridiculous. read more

Had nails dipped a week ago. One lifted and popped off in one day. Others gone within the week. My nails do life easily and I warned them of that. They were also "lumpy" and uneven. A total waste of money. Very disappointing especially for the price. I won't be returning. read more

I'm giving 3 stars based solely upon my recent visit. I come here when I'm in town visiting family. I found this place by accident as I was needing a pedicure. This is probably one of the cleanest most elegant nail salons I've been to. They are a sponsor for the Miss Louisiana Teen USA and Miss Louisiana USA so their walls are plastered with pictures of beauty queens. They also apparently do the nails for LSU cheerleaders and dancing dolls. Today I stopped in for a pedicure and called to make an appointment. I was seated immediately in a spa chair. It wasn't very busy so it was nice to have some quiet time. My nail tech offered me something to drink and that was pretty much the last word spoken. I'm not saying that I wanted to have a full blown conversation but acknowledge my presence. There was a movie on TV which seemed to have her attention more than my feet. I got a little nervous and almost said something when when was doing my cuticles and trying to watch the TV all at the same time. Sharp objects, toes and not paying attention could spell trouble. What I thought was going to be relaxing ended up being more stressful. It was almost like she was in some sort of race to finish up. Foot massage portion was lame to say the least and I've never seen a person put nail polish on that fast. Needless to say I may have to think twice about coming back here when I'm in town next. I used to love this place back in the day. Sadly, the quality has declined over the years and I had to stop going here. Don't get me wrong, I believe in giving a place a second chance. However, after two subpar pedicures back to back, I knew I was done with this place. What used to be a great nail salon with talented artists is now a dark hole in the wall that smells strongly of acetone and polish. The workers do not seem enthusiastic to be there, and that shows through when they do your nails. FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE. 1. How do they not have nail swatches? 2. They soaked my hands in acetone to get the shellac off. I'm a licensed nail tech and this is a HUGE no-no. My skin was bleached from soaking them. 3. When I was done soaking he asked me to SCRATCH THE REST OF MY NAIL POLISH OFF!! 4. I looked at him confused and he was like, well if you don't want to you can have a seat until we can do it........ 5. They scraped it off leaving my nails with all these scratches in them 6. They use UNSANITARY ALREADY USED tools on me 7. It wreaked in here, they do not have proper ventilation of their fumes. How many strikes does a place need to have before you decide it's not worth it? On top of that I was charged $25 JUST for a shellac color change. It was not a manicure. I've been getting a shellac color change for 8 years and this is by far the most I've ever been charged for the worst service I've ever received. Apparently you may need to be a pageant queen to get good service here. I will never recommend this place! read more

I've been multiple times over the past year and always get treated less than the beauty queens and dance girls that come in. They're nice when I ask something on my nails to be fixed during my manicure. I started going here a few years ago when I decided I needed an option that fit better in my crazy schedule than the long salon service (that I love). I came here and stayed ever since. The place is very clean, and everyone gets to know you and I love how it seems like they know everyone who walks in the door. It feels very comfortable. I always call for appts to avoid a wait and I have never had to wait with an appt. I always just walk in and they are ready for me. Sometimes they have to wait on me to pick my polish, but that's my problem. They always offer you a drink, and they fix me up every time I mess up the polish. oops. They couldn't do any of the designs I asked and my acrylics were super thick. I was really disappointed in the service & when I asked why they couldn't do what I asked they almost got mad at me for even questioning. Gel designs are the new thing...they need to catch up to the style. read more

I wish I could give a 1/2 star bc I would Iike to rate this place a 3.5. I'm pretty new to the area and this was the first salon I was able to find on Yelp in an area I'm familiar with. The service is pretty good, but I feel like I've had better. The nail techs are really nice, but I do prefer certain ones. Pam for nails & the older lady for pedis. Pam gets my acrylic thin like I like it while the other esthetician gives a great clean up on my toe nails & an overall good pedicure. They use an automatic buffer for the bottom of your feet which is great in theory but doesn't get it super smooth. $55 for a decent pedi & fill in - they do charge extra for a cut down which kind of sucks. I am looking for better place but I do comeback here until I can find one read more

Worst place ever. The women didn't even let me choose the color. She brought one color and said I already chose it. She repeated it twice before I chose my color and then she didn't even did any massage. I had to ask her and she took 5 sec to do it. The place has 10 different lotion to choose from for you to get a massage. She told me put my arms in certain way for her to able to do the manicure. It was so uncomfortable. The only thing I hope I should have done is walk away. I have never done that so it is something I just have to learn. read more

I walked into nail finiti on a Friday around 1230, I was not greeted by anyone so I sat down in the waiting area. Maybe five minutes later someone came to talk to me and asked if I could leave and come back later. So, I left and went to Bichonme nails and my experience there was amazing. They were immediately able to see me and gave me a glass of wine as well. They have many different pedicures to choose from. read more

Almost didn't come here bc of the current 3-star ratings but I was pleasantly surprised! They are all very nice and welcoming! Very genuine vibes. Excellent modern music! The spa pedicure was excellent. My only complaint was that they almost let me walk out w dead skin on my heels. Once I made a comment they quickly fixed it without any issues or attitude like I would expect from other shops. I was basically told to ask for the electronic buffer or razor which is completely understandable bc not every one likes it. Very knowledge staff! Will definitely be back! Can't Do SNS Nails!!!! Kevin has horrible customer service skills. He was more focused on watching his movies and taking pictures with his lsu cheerleaders. He has a wall of pictures from pageant events to lsu cheerleaders that he has services. I guess there the only ones that can be guaranteed quality service. So why such a low rating? I called around to see who could do SNS nails my regular nail technician was out of town for the week and I had broken 3 nails so I couldn't wait for her to come back. I called nail Infiniti and asked if they did sns nails- I was told by Kevin yes they do and I made sure they had experience in this dipping powder technique because most do not perform this service. He claimed the only difference was a different brand of powder but it was the same. I should have known something wasn't going to be right when she wasn't familiar with an almond shape nail. The way the lady performed the service was different and very messy. At the end she added what I thought was cuticle oil but it ended up drying In spots. I left out of the nail salon and after an hour they started to move upward lifting and had dents on each surface so I returned for them to correct/ show them there product and Kevin wanted me to stay another two hours. I told them I would have to return tomorrow due to time. I came back the next day and he proceeds to tell the tech to just dip the thumb. I had to show him and the tech (she didn't understand English) 4 times in order for them to correct she was just trying to redip them and I was lik clearly the tips are lifting from my actually nail I can stick a penny Inbetween. I had to break the nails off for her to understand I wanted them completely replaced. I had to correct the sizing of the new ones numerous times, the powder wasn't place all the way to back. The experience was once again sloppy and I had to asked her if she had done this process before she seemed unknowing. Kevin throughout was giving commentary on the movie, not checking his nail techs work. At the end Kevin proceeds to tell me they won't be charging me today. I was surprised by this statement and I told him why would I think there would be a charge to correct mistakes that was made by your staff- clearly you do not know how to do sns nails. I think it's rude to tell someone that you can do a process that you can not do. He then tells me they have to charge for the services and that any hair salon you go to will never do the same hair style the same and the particular tech He has does better with overlays. I never asked for my money back so idk why he felt the need to say they charge for their services. I called asking for sns not overlay so why would you give an inexperienced person the task (I'm not at aveda school this isn't learning time on my money and time) By far the dumbest response to a mistake made by a service. What do hair salons have to do with anything. Regardless if I like something or not the technique for it should not change- clearly they do not perform the sns service. The only positive I can say is that they have a variety of colors to choose from with seals on them ( I can assume because nobody gets the sns service from them) my nails are fixed but there overly thick and fat - look like a fullset with Opi. Do Not Go To Infiniti for SNS Nails. I would only recommend Vela Nails. I'll post pics of what Infiniti did (Orange) and what vela does and if your familiar with the sns service you'll definitely be able to tell the difference read more

Me, my little sister and my step-mom went there today and got mani-pedis. We LOVED them!!!! Relaxing atmosphere, the staff is very friendly, Tony did my pedi and it was the best I've ever had they even do hot stone massage during it. he was very friendly and funny. I will never go anywhere else ever again. I got a full set of white tips also and they're perfect, step-mom got the powder colored acrylic on her nails and is hooked. 2 thumbs!! read more

I'm well known there.. haven't been in a while so I went. I mentioned on the phone I wanted a soak off.. they must've missed that.. my acrylics were removed w. Another nail.. as a nail tech I knew I shouldn't have let them do that. I would never do this to my clients. I have my friend on my left hand and this other kinda big lady (I don't know her) on the right hand.. so far so good until the big lady rips off my whole damn pinky nail.. I'm in pain, my finger is bleeding. At this point in trying to keep my cool not to mention she was being rough. She even still suggested to put a tip on my skin Bc mind you there was no nail to put the tip on.. I took my hand away from her & said no. On to the pedicure.. William did my pedicure.. no bath salts.. just straight water that I couldn't even enjoy.. my feet were in for 2 minutes.. literally. He scraped in between my toes with a f*****g metal cuticle pusher (on those the edges are real firm & thin.. making them sharp). After that I start to feel discomfort in my feet.. I look between my last two toes & there's a gash & it's bleeding. So for the rest of my time there I had to keep my toes clinched so the cut wouldn't hurt as much. The application of the gel polish was horrible.. I guess he got upset & the big lady had to come finish my polish. At this point I'm so pissed and disappointed Bc this is not how I remembered this place. He used this small ass pumice stone for about 2 seconds.. (then threw it back in the drawer.. that was the most disgusting shit I have ever seen.. the sanitation is off.) I nudged my foot and angled it so he could get my heels which was the whole point of me getting a pedicure he pushed my foot down and didn't touch the heel.. my heels were still rough.. I had to remove everything he should've when I got home.. my experience was horrible.. I really hated it. The only thing I have to say positive about it is that the big lady that did my application (I really didn't want her touching me anymore) she shaped my nails decently but cut my tips with SCISSORS when she had the professional cutters.. they made themselves look really bad. This was a month ago.. I still have the same nails.. that's the only reason this review doesn't one star. read more

I give them 3 stars because... they have a large variety of colors to choose from and I'm always seen quickly... however.. every refill I get one of my nails break a week later. I needed a place to go for a last minute mani and pedi for a wedding that weekend. After reading the reviews on here, I decided to give this place a shot. I walked in with no appointment. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, which I loved. However, the French tip shellac that I got done for a mani did not last as long as I'd hope for. I got them done on a Tuesday, and they started to chip by that Thursday and the white tips were discolored by that Friday. Will not be coming back here, especially after paying $75 (not including tip) for everything and it only lasted two-three days. read more
