My intention wasn't to post a review, but I tried to contact customer service through the website and it wouldn't go through, so I'm sharing my feedback here instead. Unfortunately, my visit on Friday, June 12, 2026 (I left around 6:40 PM), was a major exception, and I wanted to share my experience. I was serviced by a male nail tech I hadn't seen before, who seemed new, unprepared, and rushed through everything. Some issues from my visit: He initially started to paint my toenails pink, even though I'd specified top coat only. During the foot massage, he was distracted by the TV and paused service multiple times to watch it. Instead of using foam toe separators, he improvised with torn paper towels. He was very rough and careless with tools while doing my hands, to the point I was worried about the outcome. He began filing my nails before realizing he'd forgotten to apply the clear coat. At the end, his spray bottle was nearly empty, and he only sprayed one nail rather than refilling it or completing the step properly. I understand new employees need training, but the lack of care and the rushed, sloppy work made this visit a big disappointment compared to my usual experience there. I hope this feedback helps with better training going forward, as I'd like to continue being a customer.

We were in town for a wedding and I needed a polish change. Doraleen is IN the Best Western where we were staying. It's not adjacent, it's actually converted rooms right in the hallway with guest rooms. I popped my head in about 8:30 to see if they could squeeze me in. Cathy, said she could fit me in at 10, so that was just perfect. I came back at 10 for my pedicure. There's also a hair salon connected, so I enjoyed listening to all the interaction between the regular clients and the hair and nail teams. That's what made it feel like Steel Magnolias. People checking in on sons/daughters, talking local weather and politics. Good stuff. Cathy did a nice job on my pedicure. She was pleasant to talk to and I actually enjoyed the fact that there was only one chair. This isn't your 10+ chair nail salon with ladies reading magazines. It was just what I needed in a town I was unfamiliar with and nail polish that needed to be taken care of before noon.
