I realize that may sound minor, but when something is specifically advertised, I expect it to be consistent. It is less about the time itself and more about the expectation that is set. When I told the nail lady that there were roaches, she just swatted them away then one went near my shoe and she got my shoe to shake it off. She didn't bother to kill the roaches. There was also a fly bothering the nail guy so he swatted the fly with his hand, but did not remove his glove. What is most alarming to me is that they have a mini bar where they serve alcohol and coffee where they use a hand mixer. I can't imagine ordering a coffee and knowing that roaches probably live on those mixers since they are exposed on the countertop. The health department needs to be contacted immediately. This was completely unacceptable and I will be sure to tell my girls to never consider this place. It also annoyed me that I paid $160 for both pedicures where the treatment and service could have been better. I've paid less for a pedicure at other salons, where I receive more amenities and services. I didn't appreciate that. The complementary drinks are included in the payment, so I technically pay as much as someone who orders alcohol whereas we only ordered water. This place is a joke.
