The water was…read moreextremely hot as soon as we dipped our feet, the guy burned my cousin with the hot towel & stones, and to top it off there were three roaches crawling from under my cousin's nail chair!! When I told the nail lady that there were roaches, she just swatted them away then one went near my shoe and she got my shoe to shake it off. She didn't bother to kill the roaches. There was also a fly bothering the nail guy so he swatted the fly with his hand, but did not remove his glove. What is most alarming to me is that they have a mini bar where they serve alcohol and coffee where they use a hand mixer. I can't imagine ordering a coffee and knowing that roaches probably live on those mixers since they are exposed on the countertop. The health department needs to be contacted immediately. This was completely unacceptable and I will be sure to tell my girls to never consider this place. It also annoyed me that I paid $160 for both pedicures where the treatment and service could have been better. I've paid less for a pedicure at other salons, where I receive more amenities and services. I didn't appreciate that. The complementary drinks are included in the payment, so I technically pay as much as someone who orders alcohol whereas we only ordered water. This place is a joke.

All three of us had our own sweet technician that used timers for the sugar massages, and did a beautiful job on our toes. I felt like I was doing a much needed tire change on our cars....I had not been to a salon in years and my girls never had been....time for some professional maintenance. We plan to go back again when our dogs are barking. I had some acrylic matte gel nails done and I wanted them into a stiletto shape, she tried her best but they were looking more like almond. She did a good job overall but I like my nails a certain way and she didn't listen. And due to the matte, she didn't make sure they were all dry because my thumb created a bubble and lifted. She fixed it there but after I left, the pinky was also lifting so I went back and had her fix it again. Then a few days later my thumb started to lift too.
