My cousin and I got pedicures yesterday evening and the service honestly sucked. The water was extremely hot as soon as we dipped our feet, the guy burned my cousin with the hot towel & stones, and to top it off there were three roaches crawling from under my cousin's nail chair!! When I told the nail lady that there were roaches, she just swatted them away then one went near my shoe and she got my shoe to shake it off. She didn't bother to kill the roaches. There was also a fly bothering the nail guy so he swatted the fly with his hand, but did not remove his glove. What is most alarming to me is that they have a mini bar where they serve alcohol and coffee where they use a hand mixer. I can't imagine ordering a coffee and knowing that roaches probably live on those mixers since they are exposed on the countertop. The health department needs to be contacted immediately. This was completely unacceptable and I will be sure to tell my girls to never consider this place. It also annoyed me that I paid $160 for both pedicures where the treatment and service could have been better. I've paid less for a pedicure at other salons, where I receive more amenities and services. I didn't appreciate that. The complementary drinks are included in the payment, so I technically pay as much as someone who orders alcohol whereas we only ordered water. This place is a joke. read more

I went on 8/27 /2025 to get my nails done but wasn't happy at all. The place is under new management it's not the same people working there. My look horrible it's thick as hell. I try to tell her it's not supposed to be thick bc the dipping powder she comes up with lame excuses. Well, I'm done going back it was a waste of time and my money. I even tipped 10$ for shitty work. The appointment was easy and readily available. I was traveling and couldn't wait to get home for a repair. They did not have hybrid product so I had to remove my nails and get a manicure. The mani was nice and the pedicure was a thorough. My husband got abraded with an overzealous woman more concerned about what was going on around her. It's been a week and he's finally healed up. Overall it was not unexpected when traveling to have not the perfect service. I would go again but would make sure they are aware of any skin sensitivity. read more

This was the second time me going to this place, which was yesterday 06/15/22. the first time I had no problems whatsoever but this time I can say otherwise. I went in for a pedicure, I don't know the guys name that was doing my pedicure but he is tall with glasses. While he was scrubbing the bottom of my feet with the callus remover he moved is way up to the top of my foot and started burning. So I told him that it was hurting me so he stopped then I told him you cut my foot and he grabs a spray bottle that he had there and sprays my foot and made it burn even more. I told him that my foot was burning and he says sorry and starts patting it dry with a towel. My foot was burning the whole time he was doing my pedicure. He finishes up and checks me out with full bill of $75.00. I do not recommend this place whatsoever, I will never be going to this place again. read more

Other then this place being understaffed it is quite nice. I'm very picky with my nails and Eric did a good job. One is a little crooked and the other has tiny air bubbles from the gel but other then that their fine. I just got them done today 4/9 so I'll update later if anything changes. In regards to the lack of employees I understand they just opened but there are literally 4 or more nail salons within a 2 block radius willing to steal business. We walked in for our appt at 10am and there's been over $300+ in revenue being turned away. I'm giving 4 stars for now but will update later. read more

If i could give negative stars i would. When i walked in, i showed the guy helping what I wanted it was pretty simple. As i stated at the beginning to them, i knew the pic was a decal but i just wanted nail art. It was going to be a color change and fill. I got my pedicure. Then was sat at a table to wait for another 45 min. I show the girl the picture and she says no. Another guy came over and was stuck on the fact that they were decals in the picture. I was starting to get frustrated and all the nosey women in there were whispering. So i decided to just settle and told them ok ill just have those colors only no art. But noone in there speaks or understands English so the girl starts chopping my nails down like in the picture even though i had repeatedly specified i wanted them the same shape i walked in with. At this point all these nosey women were making me anxious. So i said just take them off now that they are ruined. I didnt want to sit around any longer i just wanted to leave. Then she proceeds to literally rip the nails off and cut me several times(which she acknowledged). I will NEVER go here again or recommend them to anyone. I did pay the $60 for the crap pedicure i got thats already chipped. It was pretty traumatizing for what was supposed to be a chill day getting my nails done. read more

I came in for a pedicure and the place looks nice but let me tell you they do not clean there tools at all and they don't even switch out the sanding band on the drill and they don't change out there gloves either after clients there foot massages are the worst if you just want them to rub lotion this is the spot. would not come back again unless you want to catch something. read more

WOW... first time going there had great experience. Next time... my daughters polish had peeled completely off on on three nails within 2 days. Then day 3 her nail broke off. I had my nails on the same day and 4 of my nails had came off within the first week. They refused to repair or take accountability. Then, the third time going in had a 30 min wait, they brought my daughter back to start while I waited another 45 min. They then asked if I'd like my nails done and my daughter and I told them I'd been waiting over an hour. I told them I'd come back and as my daughter was finishing they asked my daughter if we were "paying together." My daughter told them that I didn't have anything done despite being there 2 plus hours waiting. Lastly, on that last experience that I didn't get seen, my daughter got a bacterial infection that she had gotten from the her fill, the gentlemen had used his fingernail to remove her broken fingernail and had broke skin!!! Once they were called they said just come in and we'll fix it... well you can't fix poor hygiene or an infection with a new set of nails. They REFUSE to take accountability!!! I really wanted to like this new salon, it's so pretty inside and clean. I was waiting no more than 10-15 min for a pedicure, until the nice guy who was doing someone's acrylic nails got me a chair and got my feet soaking. I didn't get the persons name who did my toes but he was wearing glasses and would limp when he walked. Fast forward to the end of my pedicure, he finishes polishing my toes and just gets up and leaves. I thought he went to get some lotion or something. I'm sitting there for 10 min on my phone waiting for him to come back and I look over and he's already working on another person! The lady workers on each side of me were just talking and laughing the whole time since he left. No one offered to finish the pedicure with a foot massage which I'm paying for, and comes with the basic pedicure. Poor business practice I had a full set pink & white ombré I was charged $65.00 for a full set. Upon checking out my debit card was charged for $75.00 I had included with a tip. Few days after my bank activity showed they charged my debit for $90. I went into place of business to address issue with store manager Eric. He stated he didn't have control what additional percentage his bank chooses to charge their customers using debit card. I stated he ran my card illegally without my permission, that it was only suppose to be charged based on the receipt he'd given me for $75.00. I requested he give me the cash for the difference to settle issue but he rudely wouldn't. So I had to file a report with the city officials and notified my bank for fraudulent activity. It wasn't until I took action a month later he decided to refund me the difference only bc he was sent a letter to settle dispute in court. They need to take some course of classes in how to properly manage a business in the U.S. BEWARE LADIES! read more
