I love this local nail shop. Tony the owner is always so personable and Cindy the one that does brows is so kind. I recently went in on a Thursday afternoon and it was not busy at all. I got a basic pedicure and I really liked the way the lady cut and trimmed my nails. She also cleaned my cuticles, massaged my legs/feet and it just felt like a quality full pedi versus a quick cut and paint that you sometimes get at nail salons with a basic pedi. Terrible experience. I went in for a simple clear coat manicure, and the technician rushed through it like she had somewhere better to be. The polish was uneven, full of bubbles, and already chipping by the time I left. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive, acting like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. I don't know the lady's name that does waxing (not Cindy). Cindy had always done my eyebrows and she is great! The lady that was there today completely butchered my eyebrows! She left them uneven, choppy, and waxed to the point of leaving a thin line of eyebrows. She should not be working in waxing that's for sure. Learned my lesson and will call ahead of time to see if Cindy is there. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Cindy, the lady that does the eyebrows, took half of my eyebrow! And when u called when I got home and realized, she asked what was she supposed to do about it and then tried to say that because I have blonde eyebrows and they're thin that I never had that half of my eyebrow and that wasn't here fault! How the hell do you take half of an eyebrow and then blame it on the guest? I'm fuming! I've never had such bad service in my life. She denied it at first and then realized who I was and tried to blame it on me. I'll never to there again and I suggest nobody else does either. I showed her a picture of my eyebrows and how I wanted them done and what I got? A missing half eyebrow and denial? Cindy is the most awful waxing lady I have ever been to. read more

Omg I've never felt so embarrassed in all my life. As I walk in to the establishment Tony the owner yells at me to wash my hands. I didn't get it at first because i wanted a pedicure he then yells again. If he would have said nicely to sanitize my hands I would have understood . Another thing, I don't know how any one feels about them speaking to each other out loud in there own language but, it makes me feel like there talking about people's feet cause they start laughing out loud. I wanted a quick color change. While waiting observing the customer service and it was terrible. An elderly lady who clearly could not hear very well was flabbergasted with her total. I was heartbroken at her service and how dismissive they were with her. Another girl chose her colors and decided to exclude a letter she was going to add. The nail artist was yelling at her and visibly upset! She stayed very calm and explained herself again. He continued to speak very aggressively. I got up and walked out. Came in here today to get my eyebrows done because I've heard good things about the lady that does the waxing. Well unfortunately, I had a horrible experience today and I will never return!! There was a line of about 5 people, I was last and as people got their turn my turn approached. People started coming in and were also waiting. There was a woman that got in line that had her toes done. Well I guess they serve favorites first because The woman that had her toes done took my turn. Totally unprofessional. That woman should have had to wait in line just like everyone else. We are all paying costumers. I will now take my business elsewhere. read more

I have been going to this salon for more than 2 years, appx. 2-3 times a month. Today I have had enough. These people are so rude. I'm tired of being ridiculed behind my back in a foreign language. This place is UNSANITARY!!!!! I noticed upon getting my pedicure she never opened sanitary tools. NEVER. Someone else next to me was getting a pedicure as well. Once her pedicure was done the manicurist moved on to her son sitting next to her, and used the same tools she had just used on his mother! This is not prohibited by the state board. I couldn't believe it. Totally disgusted. I have pictures as well I will be sending to the board. Unacceptable on all levels and the main guy is rude. I always have a great time here. I know an earlier post stated that she had to wait after she got " cut in front of" but I get everything done in one day... Nails, pedi, leg wax and eyebrows. So if it seems like u have to wait a little bit more than everyone else, that's not true.
