I let her know I had an ingrown, and instead of being gentle, she started pushing hard on the area, which anyone knows is already extremely painful. When she began yanking at it, I flinched because it hurt,, and her response? "Do you want it or not?" I'm a human being, not made of wood. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic decency was unbelievable. If you're in pain or need real care, do NOT go to Allie. She doesn't belong in a job where compassion is required.

A co-worker mentioned a special Louise was having on micro blading I was not up to a long drive to So. Cal so I called and Louise was able to schedule me. As soon as I entered Louise made feel so comfortable it felt as if I had known her for a long time.Louise's knowledge and her up beat sense of humor made me laugh and feel relax and last but no least her prices which were far better than prices I had seen advertised. Louise explained the procedure and I didn't feel any discomfort she scheduled me for a follow up which was included as after care. I have received complements on my eyebrows. I know for a fact if possible Louise will try and do her best to fit anyone in if possible. But I also would of understood if she couldn't get me in sooner. People must NOT expect for Louise to have her client's with scheduled appointment waiting or put to the side. It is only proper buisness etiquette for ANY business and people need to understand that. Thank you Louise I will definitely return again. Warmest Regards, Rebecca Ventura
