I came in for a pedicure service last month and it was seriously the best pedicure I have ever had. My pedicure still looks good over a month later! My feet were torn apart from going to Vegas a week before but the relaxing room and most comfortable spa chair I ever sat in was just what me and my feet needed. She is cash only which I prefer and honestly doesn't charge enough in my opinion. Her gel pedicure feels like heaven and you can fully relax because there isn't some stranger yapping next to you. I have been here before to go to Platinum Styles by Lois. She is fantastic, by the way! She gives a heck of a scalp massage. Today, I'm here to see Maily for a mani/pedi. Highly recommended by friends. Upon entering I took a seat and was very surprised by how I immediately felt comfortable. The chairs are super plush. High wingback. Very cozy. Very comfy. With a soft floral scent in the ait. I am immediately at peace. Love the soft lighting and cool atmosphere. Sounds like there is some music coming from the back. Not too loud. Looks like they alsonoffer waxing and red light therapy. Interesting. I don't see a price menu but perhaps it's in the back. The salon also requested a $25 deposit. To hold appointments, smart from a buisness stand point. Not my favorite thing to do but so far it seems worth it, especially since I was committed to keeping this appointment. Maily is super sweet and clearly a go getter. I can tell she works very hard. She made quick work with my Manicure and was so fast and efficient. She does not submerge in tubs but uses hot moist towels and it is so dang relaxing She was so great about shifting gears and was social during my manicure. As we approached the pedicure She put on gently music and really made a peaceful space for me. Can I make a girls day here with champagne ?? This would be so cool! I needed some much overdue self-care so I booked an appointment at Maily Spa, and boy am I happy I did. Maily did an amazing manicure and pedicure with fantastic massage, which felt incredible on my tired legs, ankles and feet. She also introduced me to red light therapy which was pretty cool and felt great on my skin. I am in heaven right now feeling so good and relaxed. A true professional she's amazing and she's definitely made a regular out of me. Excellent conversation and just super fun to hang out with, felt like I was catching up with an old friend. Super clean and nicely decorated, it sets the mood for total repose. MyLai is warm, welcoming, friendly and truly at the top of her profession, one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Went in for a second time for a gel manicure and pedicure - Didn't do a good job at listening to my needs when I went in and asked to match my toes with my nails (she didn't match them) - also my gel nails started peeling after a week due to the gel being too close to my cuticle...I won't be returning, when I told her about it ... she did nothing to fix them when I reached out to her about the issue. She also refused to fix them and said she couldn't. read more

My first time here. Visiting from out of town and needed my nails done. I saw this place come up and decided to give it a go. I was greeted by the owner's very courteous older child who was more than happy and willing to let me know I could be seated and offered me water. The service was great. Maily is a great conversationalist and not too talkative. She has a nice array of different colors. I did a regular manicure. She gave me a nice hand massage with no extra charge for it. She did a good job on the shape of my nails. She was running late and saw me 30 mins after my appt time. I did not have anything else planned afterwards so not an issue for me. She also apologized for running late. She also did not rush my manicure because she was running late. Overall: if I'm in town again and need a manicure I'd be happy to see her. read more

This girl Maily is one of the best nail technicians I ever had . First off she's American. You can talk to her .Mailys pedicure is a little high BUT you get what you pay for . This is a very restful experience. The environment is relaxing, Maily does a fabulous job. I had her pedicure and it was so relaxing and my toenails look beautiful. I had her do a full set of nails for my hands two weeks later because she does such a wonderful job. I made an appointment for my mom and on my way there we get text asking that she needs to change her appointment because her other client was late. This is not only uncalled for but very unprofessional. Once we were in the salon, she was oh your appointment isnt until 10 and I stated, I know I am here early. Then Maly proceeds to say well I texted you that I had to move your appointment to 10:20 because my client was late and told me to come back. I just turned around and walked out and will never be back. It is ridiculous that I got a text half hour before my mom's appointment time basically while driving to reschedule to another time. If you have clients that are late don't penalize the other clients because of that. First impression are very important and it seems like this salon only cared about accommodating her existing clients instead of potential new ones. read more
