So I came in a blonde asking for brown, the lady(Terese) explained to me that it would have to be in different sessions. I paid full price and left with green hair. She never contacted me for a follow up with these "sessions" and when I proceeded to contact her she was trying to convince me that the green looked brown, even though I had attached pictures as well. After that she stopped texting me back, and I had to go into the office and talk to the manager to get it fixed and made an appointment. I went in and got it dyed again and this time the bottom is green and top is copper. She was very convinced that this color is brown, now I have to pay $150 elsewhere to get it color corrected. read more

This is solely based on my experience getting extensions here with Molly. All of the hair dressers seem excellent as I have a few other friends in the area that go here to get their hair done. But do NOT get extensions, I had to spend hundreds of dollars and 4 hours of my life removing them because of them being improperly installed. The glue was too thick, I was using chunks of my hair and she used too thin of a strand of my hair to the extension. I will never say that the keratin tip extensions are a good option because of how damaging they are....and for the price you pay, definitely not worth it. read more

Sara is awesome! My hair was bright bleach blonde and my roots were bad. My old hair person lives in Westlake Village and since moving up here, the commute is too much. I asked Sara if we could take me back to dirty blonde which was my natural color at one point.....she nailed it! She also educated me on shampoos and the proper brushes to use. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair! Thank you Sara for the beautiful color and cut. My hair feels amazing and looks fantastic. I have a wedding next week and know my hair will be on point because of her. Sara does my hair and has been for many years. I have curly, frizzy gray hair, and she colors and cuts my hair every 6 weeks. When I leave the salon my hair is beautiful. I just had a really awkward experience with the owner who gave me poor customer service over her own mistake. (For a previous facial, my esthetician intended to charge $45 to my GC and asked the owner for $40 of that to be contributed to her rent. The owner charged $45 and then an additional $40 to my GC). Rather than go through ALL the details, I will just say that she made me feel uncomfortable for using a gift card. She told me she was actually paying for my manicure out of her own pocket at least twice and tried to get me to not use the last $5 of it by saying "come on, I'm already out money on this" as she reluctantly attributed the difference to the purchase of a brush. The bottom line is, I didn't need to know any of these mistakes happened to begin with. I certainly should not have felt uncomfortable or blamed for the issues with the gift card records. And I shouldn't have been pressured to not spend the money that I had been gifted. Cringe. read more

She must've thought I was crazy for how excited I was after seeing my hair! I was bouncing off the walls, it looked so great! I went to Glamour and tried a new manicurist. She was nice but super expensive. $35 gel fill. She said a back fill is $45. My other amazing manicurist who moved and was not available at the time charges $24 for a pink fill and $32 for a back fill. Big difference. read more

Mark the massage therapist is wonderful! Have an injury or a problem area he will work with you. I have had a number of massages various places and Mark tops them all! Prices are reasonable and worth it for the time you get. A 30 minute or longer massage are 30 minutes or over, so not short changed. Love the deep tissue massage - great for target areas. The hot stones is a wonderful experience and awesome! read more

I went into Glamour Salon to get a color correction, and when I walked out it was not correct lol. I was quoted over the phone BY TESHA that Id probably have been put a clear, and then lifted with bleach and Olaplex. When I got there Tesha ended up stripping my hair, then used some sort of Clay. The clay was not distributed well at all, leaving my hair completely blotchy, and very uneven. There had been multiple areas that were not left on long enough, dnor istributed right. It was a hot mess. The cut was completely uneven, and I could not communicate to the girl at all. The time spent was no more than 3 hours. She seemed to have a completely careless attitude, and not very concerned by how Id walk out of the salon. (at least later on) What she had done was unacceptable work. No one should walk around like that ever after seeing a professional. After two days, the color dulled, leaving all the mistakes extremely noticable and very embarrassing. I was charged 220$. When I went to get it fixed I had to spend another 250$. The hairdresser that corrected my hair said it was one of the worst color corrections and cuts she had ever seen. She said that whoever did this did not care at all about how I looked when I walked out, and only wanted my money, otherwise she would have at least spent a good 4-6 like she did. ( my hair is even and soft now, and the cut is amazing btw) She told me that I needed to get my money back because it was unacceptable and not of professional STANDARDS. She said it was a learning lesson, and should NOT be repeated to another human being. I could not get ahold of the manager, at first but when I spoke with Tesha she said she would give me 100$ back and charge 120$ for her product. (another thing my hairdresser shook her head about) When I did get ahold of the manager she was very kind. I told her I was sort of scared to ask for my money back due to Tesha's attitude. Low and behold, when I went to go get my money back she was extremely RUDE. She cut me off when I was speaking, tried to justify that what she did wasn't wrong, did not appaulogize for what she had done, and pretty much said "whatever." to me. Hairdressers are supposed to care about their clients hair, that is why they do hair... Going there, and having to deal with all of that was a complete nightmare. The only good expirience I got out of it was how kind the manager was, and how sincerely the manager did care. read more
