I used to love going to Tiffany but when she left I had to try out someone else, Maria did my nails in May & did a great job. Today I called and Tony answered I told him I wanted a pedi and full set with Maria, he said she's on vacation but come now & I can do your full set. I know lots of people who seem to like Tony and it's nothing personal but he gets too distracted when doing a task. My cuticles were not cut, making my nails look really outgrown. He constantly kept getting up from the table while putting on my acrylics, he did not paint my nails and had me go right to my pedicure. Then after that I wanted a design on my gel full set the guy who did my pedi couldn't do the design so I waited for Tony to be finished with another customer. I ended up getting another girl to do the gel with designs she was really sweet but honestly just going too quick. I was there at the salon almost 3 hrs, just doesn't make sense. Been looking for a local place that can do quality work with no luck. Gave this place a try because reviews looked good. I made a 12:15 appointment and when I got there Tony who does the acrylic just sat someone down. I decided I'd get a pedicure otherwise I'd be sitting there waiting. As I waited for a chair I watched as he did her nails, he did her cuticles and all. I was hopeful. Over an hour later it was my turn. I said I wanted coffin shape and matte top coat. They became busy when he finally got to me and rushed my time. Didn't do my cuticles or anything. I had to correct him several times on the shape and it's still not right. Despite me saying I wanted matte topcoat he did clear and when I said something proceeded to make it as though it was my fault. Nails are trashy, definitely not coffin and will have to fix myself. I've been here 4x now because I'm new to the area and I'm unsure where to go but every time I come I wait so long even if I have an appointment. Today was the last straw as I waited one hour to get my polish removed and I'm leaving with bits of polish still on my nails. Last visit my no chip was bad, not because my nail tech isn't great because she did a wonderful job on my nails the first time. I purposely requested her for my next visit. This salon was an experience in and of itself. If a waste of money, time, and patience is all you want, then you got it. The hospitality was good, they were all nice. Me and two other friends walked in and were greeted; they asked for our service reasons and we all replied wanting a full-set acrylic. We came in the salon knowing what we wanted and prepared with reference pictures. We were asked to wait and pick out colors, in the meantime the wait time was about 15-20 mins just for walk-ins which wasn't bad. While we waited colors were compared and picked out all in consideration of the references we picked out. First person to be seated was me, I was able to be serviced for about 20 mins before the guy, Tony, told me to rinse off and wait to get my nails actually painted. As I waited he went to work on another person; it felt like around 30-40 mins that I waited to be painted. My one friend was seated next to me and she was getting her nails done by Tiffany, to which she did her nails straight through to the end. With Tony, I showed my reference picture of a neutral TAN and dark BROWN ombre effect; he indicated to me that was doable. During my wait he showed me the ombre acrylic nail display and told me to choose from there, to which I found a similar color scheme to my picture and showed him, he again indicated that it was doable. I waited several more minutes before I was finally able to get painted. Mind you, Tony stopped working on my nails to do someone else's. I would've been fine with this IF I wasn't waiting over 30 mins to get my nails painted. I had to wait until Tiffany finished my friends nails in order to get my nails finished; my friend whose nails got started around 10-15 mins after mines were started. When I was finally able to get my service finished I noticed something contrasting different from both my reference picture and the nail on the ombre set I showed. Tony got the nail polishes for Tiffany on the behalf of my nails, yet for some reason the colors were two different shades of PURPLE. I hoped my eyes were tricked by bad lighting or anything, but when she put the nail polish on my nail, it was indeed PURPLE. Luckily purple is my favorite color or this experience would've been even less bearable than how it was. The point of this review is to highlight the fact that we, not only me but my friends as well, were scammed! The funny thing is, I got the best result out of this because my friends' results aren't even SIMILAR to their references. Some may ask "Why didn't you guys speak up?" and do what exactly, pay extra for a change? I spent $51.00 on an acrylic ombre full-set, do you think I want or can even afford to pay extra? This was supposed to be a relaxing outing with friends and all we wanted was to get some nice nails, yet the results ended up being a waste of time and money. Truly I can say I'm disappointed, this experience was a 1/5. Think before going here. read more

This place is the worst!! I've been getting my nails done for years and I know what to expect. The service and overall skill of this salon is really bad. The day after I had my nails done the black of my black tips started peeling off on my acrylic nails. That should never have happened unless the products were expired. I was told they could fix my nails but that would weaken them. I just want my money back tbh. I didn't get what I paid for. I'm highly disappointed. Please do not go here. I was in the neighborhood so decided to go on Mother's Day 2023 to pamper myself. Everything was fine until they tried to discourage me from getting a light color for my pedicure. I didn't understand why they were telling me that I shouldn't get the color that I selected and the lady had the nerve to tell me that it wouldn't look good on my complexion. I was so shocked because I've never had anyone say that to me before. I did get the color but was so offended. The girl servicing me didn't say this to me. It was another woman that worked there that did this. I will never go back. I'm giving a 2 star because the girl working on my toes did a decent job. read more

I rarely write reviews, in fact this is a first. I have been going to this salon for 3+ years at the same time, 9 am, Saturday, every two weeks faithfully. I travelled 30 minutes each way and have gone to 3 different salons (each time further) to have the same technician do my nails/pedicure for over 7 years. A loyal customer to say the least. Over the past year and a half, the technician was at least 15 minutes late for every appt and I wait. There have double bookings, the owner going to CVS to get nail glue during my appt to complete my nails, etc. but I was still consistent and went to all appts. I approached the owner to move my appt to accommodate the arrival of the technician's arrival time. He agreed to move my appt to 9:15 am; the first time he called me at 9:15 am to see where I was. I informed him, I was in the parking lot on time! After the time change, the technician decided to speak only to her colleagues in her native language. I found that offensive and quite rude! However, she still received the same gratuity, My last trip, with arrival at 9:07 am on my appt day, the technician decided to take another appt. before my arrival and I waited 40 minutes. At this time, I finally came to the realization, my business was no longer important, as the new owners were established and could make more revenue on walk-ins and new customers and I could save a lot of time and gas going elsewhere. This was an eye opening experience to say the least. read more

But today I went in and had a horrible experience. I guess they hired some new lady who doesn't know what she's doing! I like to have my cuticles pushed back so that my nails do not look outgrown at the time I'm finished getting a new manicure but the lady refused to do it and started mumbling something to her coworker in a different language and I could tell it was about me. I have been going to nail express for a couple months now. I typically get a gel manicure and am usually pretty happy with the results. A few days ago I decided to get acrylic. She did a fine job, not amazing, but i ended up not liking the color and design I asked for. I went back in a couple days later to change the color and have them fix the shape a bit. Not only are my nails embarrassingly bad but I'm in so much pain from them cutting me everywhere with the file. I bled several different times while they were doing my nails. They put on some liquid bandage to make me stop bleeding which burned like crazy. Then kept picking at my cuts to wipe the blood away. It was a disaster. I went shopping afterwards and had to leave because it hurt too much to use my hands. This isn't the first time I came away from this salon with battle wounds, I also got a manicure and the lady used the drill to clean up my cuticles. PAINFUL. It probably depends on who does your nails but I've had at least three of them put me through a lot of pain. Beware! read more

Figured to try this place out heard some good things about them. First the price booklet that they have is out of date and they don't do some of the services still listed. I showed a design of the nails that I wanted I was immediately told no can do choose something simpler. They have/had little to none diamonds/jewels. I finally pick a color and he gets finished and sets my hands to dry under the uv light. Just as he finishes up my hand gets grabbed and he starts to drill all the color back off of each finger ON BOTH HANDS. The guy had to start all over because the polish started bubbling under the light due to the fact that he used and put the clear BASE polish on top instead of the top clear coat that was supposed to be used. So after sitting for an extra 30mins I've decided not to proceed with my pedicure due to the amount of time I've already been there. Fast forward it's 2 days later and my polish is already chipping and coming off. Side note- my friend went with me and just got a color change on her toes and they charged her 20 dollars -_- My gel refill was $35 for a REFILL that's the price of a full set. Great family owned salon with incredible prices. The people are so kind and I can always get an appointment. I've been there 3 times already, and I got 2 regular manicures, and a gel.
