$35 for a pedicure. Extra $5 to smooth the bottom of the feet. When did this become an add-on? My operator did an ok job with my pedicure but didn't help me to work the message chair, didn't take the nail polish bottle away from me, I had to hold it. I got a one minute leg massage for each leg. It was a 1/2 hour pedicure- rushed. She didn't help me get my shoes together and just pointed towards the nail dryer. Didn't help me get settled or even turn it on for me. Ok pedicure crappy service. Wouldn't go back again. read more

I had gone once before & the nail artist had such a bad attitude when I asked her a question. I swore I would never go back again but was in a pinch. I walked in today & the young girl, Tu, approached me with questions. I told her my niece goes there & she yells across the room, other clients around "oh yeah I remember you. Are you sure you want to get your nails done here?" I replied "why would you ask me something like that? Terrible business approach". She said "You asked Chloe so many questions she felt you didn't trust her". In which I replied once again "what a terrible way to run business". Paying customers are allowed to ask questions. Let me mention this was almost of not over a year ago that I was there prior & she is still stuck on this story. The girl who fixed my 2 nails today did a fine job but I will NEVER step foot in there again & I will encourage my family to stop going there. TERRIBLE attitudes from these youngcgirls who clearly need a business course, learn how to read the room & their clients' energy. This was a completely unnecessary exchange & very off-putting. read more

I was in yesterday for a pedicure from a really nice older gentleman. He was so nice and it felt like he was doing everything you expect during a pedicure, but I'm afraid my toes look so bad. I paid and tipped because idk how to handle these types of things. I asked for sharp square toe nails bc they were long and I could achieve that. They are all a different shape and the gel polish is all over my cuticle. They are also bumpy and textured to the touch. I just wish I could get them fixed but didn't know what to say or do. I couldn't sleep lastnight about it. read more

I have been using this salon since they opened! Tina or Tommy are my favorite nail technicians! I usually get a refill and gel pedicure each time. I've never ever had a problem! my nails are done so well, natural looking and last longer than the expected time! This salon is amazing, I would not listen to any of these other bad reviews! read more

My first time doing my nails at this establishment. I wanted a gel pedicure and the person that Attended to me said the polish I chose was for a regular pedicure. John was willing to correct the error and one of the other workers started speaking in their language and it wasn't corrected. With That being, I allowed the service to be completed. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE. I am a paying customer and it was my first time there. It Should have been corrected. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and I will never go back there. read more

SO DISAPPOINTED booked 2 gel mani pedi for my niece and I. I was happy to see they where busy when I arrived thinking they must be good. Since I'm looking for a regular spot as I just moved here. We picked our colors. Sat in our seats put our feet in the water and I ask that they add some hot water because mine was cold... i'm ignored and I sit there for 10 minutes while they start on my nice. My niece was left in the chair by one woman who I believe was the owner with the exfoliants scrub still on her legs. Thank Goodness the woman that followed up on her stuck with her and did an amazing job to make sure she was happy. Back to me I finally got someone to come and start working on me I continued to ask for hot water and was ignored I made it very clear that I did not want my toenails cut that I only wanted them filed but I was ignored. She started to put the gel on and I asked that she bring the color closer to the skin of my toe so that my full nail is completely covered and there is no gap. I was ignored!! I asked again... I even pointed it out to the owner who was sitting next to her working on another woman. I took it for what it was and realized that I wasn't going to be happy with my pedicure but was looking forward to my manicure and was moved to the table so that the owner could work on my design. When she sat down instead of soaking my hands and cutting my cuticles she used a nail filer a crossed my skin... as she was doing this she kept repeating how short my nails were.. now my nails might not be long but they exceed the length of my finger tip. After she had mentioned the length of my nails four times she made it a point to tell me that the design I chose would not look good and proceeded to convince me I should do something else. I took my hand out of hers looked her in the eyes and said please charge me for my nieces manicure and pedicure and mine I no longer want you to work on my hands. I paid and intentionally left without tipping... and this is a big deal for me because I am a big tipper!! read more

Im shocked to see all the negative comments/reviews for this salon. I came here for the first time 3 weeks ago to get a gel mani and my nails held up. No chips or anything. I came back today and had another great experience here. I think my manicurist name was Ana and she was so sweet. I had her both times and would recommend this place to anyone. Well. Sad to say I will not be coming here again. Between me and my two daughters we spend a lot of money here and the quality has really gone down. The last time I was there the dipping powder fell all over the counter and the technician proceeded to sweep it up, put it back in the jar and was about to use it again on my nails. Absolutely not! Especially during this time of Covid and sanitation. No thank you. Not to mention the colors they have are not extensive and they literally have made my cuticles bleed every time I go in there. So I've given them more than enough chances with a lot of money spent and I will no longer be giving them my business. Also they really should cater to their customers more and put some thing on the television rather than the weather channel and some weird nature show. Lol read more

I went here yesterday to treat myself to a manicure for the first time in years. I got a full set with gel ($35.) The price should have been an indicator. The man who did my nails was so rude. He expected me to know what to do, I've had 2 manicures in my life: 4 years ago. At one point he visibly rolled his eyes at me. I almost started crying in the store. This was supposed to be a special treat, and relaxing. The manicure itself was rushed and sloppy. The man was clearly rushing through. I don't think the tools were very clean, he borrowed a nail clipper from another employee and didn't clean it. My right thumb acrylic is completely sideways, and after just over 24 hours the polish chipped! I could do my nails myself and not get chips for a week. My past 2 manicures on acrylics lasted 2 weeks. I'm so disappointed and frustrated. Awful customer service. read more

I finally stopped biting my nails, and went to get a gel manicure. They filed all my nails off and into weird shapes. The male nail tech didn't soak my fingers, instead took the drill and drilled at my cuticles. Then he tried to start painting them even with dust all over my hands. I asked if he was going to clean my cuticles bc they were bunched up around my nails.. so he took out the clippers and started clipping them dry. He cut me.. and at that point I said screw this and got up and left. Do NOT GO HERE read more

A friend of mine recommended me to this place and unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. The man on the end was seemingly aggressive when doing my nails for my full set. Every time my arm would slip (from him pushing my hand back all of the time) he would say something about me twitching when in reality, I wasn't. I came in with my mom. My mom got started 10 minutes before me and I got done first and had to wait 20 more minutes for my mom to be done. My moms nails look awesome. Mine do not because he rushed through them. They were way too long. Way too wide. Way too thick and way too sloppy. I literally had to go to another nail salon right after and get them fixed. Read reviews before you go here and make sure you ask for one of the artists who take their time and do it right! read more

I've been coming here a very long time, but I'm afraid the friendliness of most of the staff isn't enough anymore. 3 months ago I was getting my nails done and not even 10 minutes in, I got asked to move and wait because the guy had an appointment. He shouldn't have started me in the first place... the most recent time I was in, I asked to get my eyebrows done by the person who always does them. Tina is fast, efficient and they always look good. But i was told Tina was busy so the lady told me she could do them, alright whatever fine. I wish I could take that back. She lifted my skin on not one, but BOTH eye lids. There is no hair on my eyelids! Wax shouldn't have even been that low. I'm very disappointed and they for sure lost a very loyal customer. read more

I used to come here a couple years ago and did enjoy the service but found it was more expensive than others. But then after too many mess-ups with no apologies at VP nails and some other places, I came back to Fashion Nails. I only see Tina for my nails. But her sister does the best pedicures! She really is thorough. And they always do a nice lotion and massage at the end and with hot towel. And they can even build up an acrylic toenail if you have skin issues like psoriasis, etc. I usually get an acrylic set but this time I wanted some thing I saw on Pinterest. I call it an "Umbre French Manicure". Tina used powder and a brush to apply it and then just a topcoat with uv light at very end only. The finished nails feel much thinner than an acrylic set. But they're very smooth and just beautiful! It was a bit more expensive but definitely worth the extra $5 or so...(I also got my eyebrows waxed and my total (pre-tip) was $65). And when I've taken a girlfriend, they make strides to keep us together so we can chat! Hope this helps! EDIT: After seeing so many negative reviews here I came back to edit and add the past years worth of manicure pictures hoping it'll change your mind! read more

Never come here. I came three times each as an optimistic person who thought the previous bad time was a non recurring event. This place is extremely unhygienic and the workers are incredibly sloppy and impatient. Just recently got my nails done and the tech was checking the clock the entire time, was painting and filing while not even looking at my nails, and painted over dust and crust. Any input I gave on how I like my nails done was completely ignored. I cannot stress this enough DONT COME HERE. It's the biggest waste of money I've ever spent. Like I said I'm generally very optimistic and easy going so I keep trying to look at nails and like them but it's physically impossible. read more

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. Do not and I repeat do not go here to get your nails done. I was there two days ago to get a pedicure. Woke up yesterday to a sore toe, and within a couple of hours my entire toe was huge and red. Spoke to the doctor this morning and he said that I have an infection in my toes from the pedicure that I received. Unclean and unsanitized Instruments is what caused my infection. read more

Great nail salon. I called ahead and got a gel manicure on 8/11 with a pretty hand painted design on each ring finger for 25 bucks. Overall, I think they do a great job and they are reasonably priced. I do like some nail techs better than others but I do walk in service so I don't always get the same person. They take appointments so if you find someone you like and can plan ahead you can request them rather than walking in and just settling for whoever is available. I get the dip manicures and my nail color stays perfect for weeks, I only have to go back and get them done when my nails have grown too much. read more

There is a lady who does a great job with eyebrows. She's older. The younger girl was not good. A day later and my eyes are swollen and tender. My eyebrows don't match. So much so that a coworker noticed. I mentioned that one eyebrow was waaaay too thin and the tech said it was because the hair is lighter on that eyebrow. Are you kidding me!? Not a good expensive. In hindsight, I should've known to get out of there when she didn't ask about history, allergies, or prep my skin. It was my first time and I mentioned that several times. Don't mind waiting fifteen minutes if the service is decent. Terrible experience-- last time I went I actually received good service. This Nail Technician was rough and rush through my manicure and pedicure. I get they were getting customers that probably would normally come on Sunday but couldn't because yesterday was Easter. They could've turned some of these customers down, or have them come back later. I've been ask to come back later at other salons. That still doesn't excuse this tech from nearly yanking one of my nails out. She didn't ask if I wanted my nails a certain shape or if I wanted polish. She just skipped through all that. Assuming probably because I'm a male I wouldn't notice. She did do a good job on my eyebrows. I think she was confused when I didn't tip her. I tip ONLY when I get good service. She laughed and seemed irritated too since I didn't tip her. Probably won't be back. read more

Shocked at the customer service here . I've always come here for my eyebrows and they've always been great, I came in Monday to get acrylics done Monday, came back Thursday because my nails are broken and pulling up already which it hasn't even been 5 days. This is the first time I've had a problem with the eye brow waxing they do. The women seemed like she rushed the wax, because when I was done it looked like she did nothing at all. Then a few weeks later I had to have fake nails that I had done at a different salon, removed. She removed them but also cleaned and trimmed my real nails. When I was done, I paid but she stood there like she was expecting a tip. It is a nice place for pedicures but I may not go there for awhile for waxes or nails. read more

Can I give less than one star? Seriously awful. The guy was so rude and rough with me. He talked to me like I was an idiot and was so rough with my feet. He kept making me jump by digging metal implements around and under my toenails. Then he was using cuticle nippers aggressively and took a chunk out of my big toe, and didn't do anything until there was blood running down my toe. I told him I was just going to pay and leave, and he kept messing around and wouldn't let me get out of the chair. Then he charges me full price, and of course his card machine wouldn't work and he wanted to keep running my card. I ended up paying him in the 5s and 1s I had in my wallet so he wouldn't run my card again, because I didn't trust it. Absolutely miserable, will NEVER be back. read more

I went here to get my nails done for prom. When I tried showing the nail technician the design I wanted on my nails, instead of even trying, all he said was, "No. don't have it." He then proceeds to drill off my previous gel manicure, which who drills off gel nails? He hardly soaked them and it was only painful watching him drill and thin down my nails. He then started filing my nails, which I did not want. I just went in for a repaint. He filed them shorter than they already were, but I had just gotten them done, at a different salon, less than a week ago. He did not say a single thing to me the entire time and did not even ask if I liked the color. While he was doing my nails I was watching the TV clearly not paying attention and just switching my hands in and out as he demanded. After three layers of gel polish, he freaked out because the light for the left hand was not on and none of the polish cured. He continued to yell at me for not telling him that the light was not and told me to tell him next time, but again, I was not even paying attention. He did not even redo the nails that did not cure and deemed it my fault for not telling him. The nails are clumpy and far too thick. I will never go here again. read more

I have frequented Fashion Nails for six years. I get gel manicures every three weeks and regular pedicures quarterly as does my daughter who also gets her eyebrows waxed, I've brought friends and family here over the years, so we give Fashion Nails a lot of consistent business.
