I walked in today & the young girl, Tu, approached me with questions. I told her my niece goes there & she yells across the room, other clients around "oh yeah I remember you. Are you sure you want to get your nails done here?" I replied "why would you ask me something like that? Terrible business approach". She said "You asked Chloe so many questions she felt you didn't trust her". In which I replied once again "what a terrible way to run business". Paying customers are allowed to ask questions. Let me mention this was almost of not over a year ago that I was there prior & she is still stuck on this story. The girl who fixed my 2 nails today did a fine job but I will NEVER step foot in there again & I will encourage my family to stop going there. TERRIBLE attitudes from these youngcgirls who clearly need a business course, learn how to read the room & their clients' energy. This was a completely unnecessary exchange & very off-putting.
