And again yes I got a discount on the pencil, but I will be spending almost a 1000 dollars getting a semi permanent beauty procedure done now to fix a mistake that never should have been made. I have full brows, thick brows and I was told multiple times that having "sparse brows" is ok because they can be penciled in, I don't have thin brows I was waxed to the point my full brows that needed a little Clean up look like lines now. Also as waxing company you would know, that waxing pulls hair out by the root; which can lead to PERMANENT consequences, it is not guaranteed my hair will grow back.

I needed to get it lightened. Dani suggested the least damaging way and most cost effective would be to have two or so rounds of highlights. We decided on caramel for the hightlights. I let her know I had to be out the door by 12:15 so I didn't care if my hair was completely dry or not when I left as long as the color and cut was done. She got it all done within the time I needed her to, she was super pleasant and friendly and kind the entire time. She dried it partially so I could see the color I looked at it quickly then ran out the door. By the time I got to work it dried entirely, and I didn't like how light some of the highlights were. I was nervous to complain due to insane hair stylists in the past, but I called and let her know "hey so the highlight placement is perfect, most of them are the perfect color, a few on the side are a little too light im so sorry to complain! " and to my absolute surprise she said in an upbeat voice " oh no don't worry about it I'd be upset if you didn't say anything and had hair you weren't happy with for two months come on in after work and I'll take care of it!" And sure enough, I went in, she took 10 minutes and made it entirely perfect all with a smile on her face! She did such a good job with the cut as well, she added texture and made it healthy without sacrificing my precious long curly crazy hair! Everyone on staff is friendly and attentive, they all work together really well. There's a very great feeling with a lot of positive energy when you walk in. I will most definitely be returning!

I was a bit disappointed, because when I saw it up close it was blotchy and clumpy. It seemed like the polish was bad or something. Overall the customer service was great, but the quality was not. They had great reviews on nails and doing a great job on the hands so maybe the pedicures aren't as good. I will be on the search for another place for pedicures.
