I have full brows, thick brows and I was told multiple times that having "sparse brows" is ok because they can be penciled in, I don't have thin brows I was waxed to the point my full brows that needed a little Clean up look like lines now. Also as waxing company you would know, that waxing pulls hair out by the root; which can lead to PERMANENT consequences, it is not guaranteed my hair will grow back.

I was a bit disappointed, because when I saw it up close it was blotchy and clumpy. It seemed like the polish was bad or something. Overall the customer service was great, but the quality was not. They had great reviews on nails and doing a great job on the hands so maybe the pedicures aren't as good. I will be on the search for another place for pedicures.

This makes it so much more disappointing. Basically, I was given a horrible haircut by the other salon, which left me in tears and unable to look at myself in the mirror. I saw Melinda for a consultation on hair extensions. While there, another hairstylist was able to dye my hair that evening to fix the maroon/faded purple color I walked in with. My hair ended up having to be dyed pretty dark (almost black) to cover up the maroon. The previous salon, Artisan's, warned me about dyeing my hair anymore, saying it would fall off in the sink because of "too much damage." However, that was a complete lie. That evening, my hair went through a complete dye job, wash, and blow-dry and didn't fall out into the sink or even break. I then told the staff at Lords & Ladies about what I went through at the other salon and they were all horrified by my treatment and the haircut I received. Everyone agreed that my hair should have never been hacked like that under the guise of damage. I had my extensions installed on April 7th by Melinda and they're actually gorgeous. She spent a lot of time and effort fixing the other salon's mistake and turned my mullet/boy haircut/uneven pixie into long, shiny, smooth locks. I am beyond pleased and my confidence is restored. I am also happy that this salon was able to fit me in on such short notice (I am traveling on the 9th for ten days and needed a fix ASAP). Go here for excellent customer service and compassionate hairstylists. They are more than willing to accommodate you.
