The atmosphere was very relaxed and they even provided us bagels and mimosas while we got ready. I have very long, thick hair that can be challenging to work with. The stylist was very skilled, and gave me a beautiful up-do (that didn't make me look like Amy Winehouse. Trust me, that was a legitimate concern of mine, given how thick and dark my hair is). The makeup artist did a great job with the airbrush makeup as it definitely looked wedding-ready. I thought everything was reasonably priced...and bonus: they accept credit cards! :)

The receptionist came out and I asked for my money back so I could go someplace else and I was verbally abused and physically struck and pushed out the door. I got my hair colored my Amanda maybe a year ago, and she sat down with me and we looked at different colors (that came with the dyed hair in a book!) so I could see what color I wanted (brown), along if I wanted some tint to it (red, gold, rose gold, etc.) The only thing I will say is that the location itself may be difficult for individuals who use mobility aids, since it's below ground of a main business building and requires stairs down to the salon.

My technician was awesome super friendly and upbeat. Unfortunately, someone was mugged in this strip mall, which made me uneasy. I got their basic pedicure. I didn't go for anything more because I wanted to see how my feet would turn out first. The pedicure lasted about 30 minutes. It was an okay pedicure and the polish was not very good. I was a bit disappointed, because when I saw it up close it was blotchy and clumpy. It seemed like the polish was bad or something. Overall the customer service was great, but the quality was not. They had great reviews on nails and doing a great job on the hands so maybe the pedicures aren't as good. I will be on the search for another place for pedicures.
