She was so friendly and welcoming right from the start! Prior to my appointment, she made sure to clearly explain the process and she gave me an important list of things to do pre-appointment (no coffee ya'll) and during the healing stage. Her knowledge and professionalism put my mind at ease and I knew my eyebrows were in great hands. Needless to say, my once nonexistent brows are now BEAUTIFUL! My waxer did a great job. She took her time, measured/waxed/trimmed/plucked to perfection. She took the time to go over some tips and tricks with me and I left feeling like a new person. She had a cancellation over memorial day weekend so I took it and didn't get my hopes up. I was in the chair a little over an hour and my eyebrows turned out beautiful. Even better than I expected. Kara took the time to answer all of my question and listen to my concerns and as she did my eyebrows she said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my skin and my eyebrows came out beautifully . I'm sad to say I posted a negative review to the people that I went to the first time and it has never been posted.
