Unfortunately, my instructions were not followed, and my eyebrows were waxed down to an extremely thin, pencil-like shape. When I expressed how upset I was, the esthetician's response was that she "heard make them thin." What made the experience even more disappointing was that she laughed while I was visibly crying. Instead of showing empathy or apologizing for the misunderstanding, I felt my concerns were dismissed. Eyebrows take a long time to grow back, and this has had a significant impact on my confidence. I understand that mistakes can happen, but professionalism, careful listening, and compassion are essential when providing services that affect a client's appearance. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and customer care so that others do not have a similar experience.
