I used to always come here and recently went and got my nails done and was told the higher price powder and gel would make my nails look natural. I believed the guy and instead my nails pointed to the sky and looked caked. When I went back to ask if they could fix them I was told almost no and how my nails were like that and that it's my nails even though coming there before never did I leave in the past like that. I have gone here twice. Both times I had a great experience. The nail technicians were friendly, and eager to please. The salon is very clean and organized. The second time I went they did my bridal nails and they did an awesome job! I had a destination wedding, so I had to get my nails done 5 days before my wedding. I was worried that they would not look that great on my wedding day, but my nails lasted just about 2 weeks with Gel. It was awesome! Trash. I only ever came to this salon a hand full of times. In July 2020 I got a fungus under my toe nail & didn't go back to this salon until April 2021. I only returned because of the late hours & it being close to my house. I honestly was satisfied with the full set French manicures I was requesting to have done, so I figured why not give them another shot for a pedi, considering it's been a while now & maybe it will be a better/cleaner service. I had my 1st pedicure appointment back in May which was okay for the buffing/cleaning part but they painted over my toe skin with gel & was very upset because I was leaving out of the country for vacation. I had to file my skin to remove the gel off my toe, which also eventually led to my gel polish chipping off. The nail tech who did my May pedi was a elderly woman, who I always felt was rushing because I always come in at 7pm for my appointments. Then recently on June 2021 I made a appointment by phone for a pedicure at 7pm. Was a few minutes early, they didn't call me back to the nail chair until about 7:20pm. I didn't have a nail tech until maybe 7:30pm. Meanwhile the salon hours are open until 8pm. Middle aged lady was who took care of me. She has a strong accent & because of masks you can't really understand her when she talks (not her fault). But me not realizing I agreed to have my toes painted before actually having a pedicure, the nail tech was painting my toes after removing my cuticles. Once I made a comment to her asking how is she gonna wash/buff my feet with painted nails, she was really rude & told me "she asked before she started" but honestly I felt rushed because it was already 7:45 and I felt she was cutting corners plus I'm paying for a expensive service! I never had this happen to me before at this salon. Her body language was horrible, even though she didn't speak English, she was very upset huffing & puffing which she has no reason to be because these are MY nails. This is something I'm paying for! She kept calling other nail techs to her station to talk in front of me which made me feel uncomfortable. So I kindly told her I wanted to decline her service, because she was turning me off. She at one point even snatched the toe separator off my left foot as she was talking to the owner of David's about what was going on. He was being nice but I still was not satisfied & got charged $28 for a color change & just removing of my cuticles lol. Mind you on their price list, that's the same price for just a regular pedicure with no gel. I felt like I got taken advantage of for my money, just over a miscommunication with the nail tech who clearly can't work past 7pm because she likes to rush thru her services near closing time, WHICH I MADE A APPOINTMENT FOR. If they can't handle having clients during the late evening they should close earlier instead of wasting our time. I could of painted my own nails at home for all this & spent less than $28 for removing my cuticles. I felt was very unreasonable because of the trash service but it's okay, god is always watching. This is the first nail salon I went to since I've moved to Pennsylvania. I called at around 2 to make an appointment for 5 and when I walked in they were full but it's not like it's their fault, people walk in all the time and they can't refuse service. As I was waiting I noticed a woman yelling at one of the nail techs saying she's not going to tip her because she didn't want to be charged for removing fungus off her nail even though she agreed to it and then she threw her money at the nail tech and walked away. I then got the same nail tech and she was upset you could tell... as I would be too if I got screamed at by a rude customer. She made sure to do my nails perfectly she was happy and sweet. Talked about her kids and her life. It was great. Moral of the story if you go to the nail salon with busted ass hands you need to tip. Even if it's just regular nails with nice hands you tip! if giving no stars was an option thats what i would have chose!!!!! david is disrespectful, cut me off on the phone, and was constantly interrupting me. i went in to get a refill and told joseph the nail tech i had a crack in my nail. instead of replacing the whole nail he put super glue on it. i was going to them before christmas consistently getting refills and maintaining my nails. when i got home i noticed i could still see the crack in my nail and 2 hours later the nail snapped off and i now have a fungal infection on my nail. no sane person is going to want a new nail on an infected nail . and so i payed him my money to have all my nails last at least 3 weeks and they didnt even last more than 5 days. i dont care if it was one nail or two that fell off, they should no be falling off and the fact that he wont give me my money back or even offer to take all of them off for free is unprofessional. he mentioned how he has to pay "bills" and also mentioned to me to put bleach on my nail. yes, bleach!!!! i will never go there again. im dissapointed and pissed off with the lack of service and compassion for returning customers like myself. do not go here!!!!!!!!! i will continue to make bad reviews everyday (: read more

Ive never came here before because my daughters told me not to come here. They've been here several times and they didn't like their nails so now they go else where. anyhoo. So I decided to come to this establishment yesterday and all the ladies were with clients. Soooo I walk in and a chubby Asian lady ask if she may help me she had just finished with the client so she asked me to seat I told her I wanted a full set. Ok I sat down she did this and did that and did other stuff then she comes and starts to sand my nails down before applying the nail tips. So as she's sanding my nails a customer lady walks in and my lady asks if SHE may help her. So I'm thinking in to myself like really lady, you're helping me now because I was here first. Haha....lady customer said she needed a pedi and gel color removed. Sooo she leaves me there( I timed her) and went and prepared the foot soak for the lady and then went to the back of the room went back to the lady and then came to my table and took something out of it said sorry to me and that she'll be back in a minute then leaves goes back to the lady and starts talking to the foot soaking lady and then gooooes to the back of the room again and goes to the lady and talks to her again then finally she come to me and sits down and say oh I forgot super glue and leaves AGAIN, lol Yeeup again and goes to the back of the damn room and stops at the foot soaking lady that arrived after me and starts to remove her gel nail polish from her hands. Soooo I was annoyed as hell and I looked at my time and it was 25 minutes later of bullshit waiting...I finally got up grabbed my purse and walked out. I've been here several times before, however after my experience yesterday I will not go back. My sister and I went for mani/pedis. The lady told me she would do my mani first and I was rushed to pick a color. After I sat down she went to work soaking my nails then cutting my cuticles. It was the most painful experience ever... she was cutting way too deep and on my second nail took off a chunk of skin at my finger tip. I said ouch, but she didn't apologize right away. She finally apologized after realizing my finger wouldn't stop bleeding... she proceeded to cut my cuticles and made my thumb bleed. She went a little more gentle on my other hand so I let her finish the manicure. I was so shocked about what happened I didn't know what to say... after the manicure we told them we were not going to get anymore services done. I was charged full price for the mani.
