Sadly the dip was not picking up and my nails ended up looking super grainy. She was nice enough to offer a coat of shellac to cover up the odd coloring, but it was extremely painful. My nail buds were left raw and some bloody as they removed the top coat to fix the issue. I'm really sad this was my first experience because I've heard great things and I hope this was just a one time occurrence! I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. The technician was seated and got out a filthy little box with nail bits in it. As well as the electric file was filthy. Also used an unsanitized hand file on me. When I left I had 3 cuts on three of my fingers. Very concerning to me as what I had observed being used on me. My bill was $50 instead of the $45 you have on your menu for a fill. Not sure what that was for. Come on Legacy, you can do better than that. I am a licensed nail technician and have been for 32 years. I enjoy going out once in awhile to have someone other than myself do my nails. I realize none of the nail salons have not been inspected for years but that doesn't give you a license to get sloppy. You have a wonderful location and a beautiful salon. If you were inspected today you would fail. Certainly was a disappointment to see this. I'm not sure why but trying to submit this comment, it has to be 300 characters which it was. Also trying to book online with your program also didn't work.
