I payed separate last visit for my daughters mani, then I paid for my fill and pedicure the total for my mani & pedi alone was 162... I did get a design so maybe that's what racked up my bill or maybe they charged my daughters manicure to my bill a second time not realizing I already had paid cash for her... I checked the receipt but like I said it doesn't specify what you got. On a good note I love my nails I came and saw Trinity 3 weeks ago and thankfully I got to reschedule with her a second time. The customer service here is great. A lot of funny conversations. The atmosphere is fun the nail techs and the customers are always so happy. Trinity did my eyebrow wax last time I was here and I loved how fresh they looked! I'll continue seeing her while she is here. She's moving in April so I recommend seeing her before she leaves to Florida because she is amazing! When she leaves I'll see Abby, the owner sits right by her so I've seen her work and she is just as great. Kim did my daughter's manicure and they were my daughters favorite! During my pedicure, the technician clipped my skin with the cuticle nippers--not just a small nick, but a deep cut that bled badly and was painful. While she apologized, my main concern was infection, especially since she tried to continue as if nothing happened. I had to call the owner over due to a language barrier, and she took over the cleaning part of the service. Afterward, I was offered an $8 discount, then $15, and finally $20 after I raised concerns about the service. I still paid $50, which will be the last money I spend there. The owner's response--especially walking away--left a very poor impression. Given the injury, the service should have been fully comped. I would have continued as a customer, but due to how the situation was handled, I shan't be returning !!

I was seated with the older male technician (he looks like a grandpa) who sits at the first desk on the right next to the entrance and window. The salon was busy that day, and multiple people were present, but not a single person stepped in during or after what happened. This injury occurred while he was removing my acrylic nails. Instead of safely soaking them off, he used the unsafe "popping" method, forcefully prying the acrylic off my natural nail. During this process, he was rough, rude, and aggressive, and he clipped my actual nail that was still attached to the skin, not dead nail or cuticle. This caused an open wound, active bleeding, and exposed nail bed. When I questioned why he was applying glue and a top coat after injuring me, he said he was going to add an additional nail tip because he had clipped my nail. I clearly said no. Despite that, he still applied nail glue and added a nail tip to my finger without my consent, directly over an injured area. When I reacted in pain and tried to pull my hand away, he grabbed my finger again and continued. I pulled back again to look at my finger because I was scared and wanted to see the injury. He tried to stop me from looking at my own injury and did not want me to see it. Instead of apologizing or getting help, he became verbally aggressive. This was not a minor accident. Part of my living nail attached to skin was clipped, leaving my finger raw, bleeding, and painful (photos included). What makes this worse is that even though the salon was full, no staff member intervened, checked on me, or addressed the situation. I did not feel safe. I did not feel respected. This is a serious safety, hygiene, and consent issue. I strongly do not recommend this salon. Management needs to take responsibility for technician behavior and how client injuries are handled.

They used specialized tools and techniques that made a noticeable difference in the quality of the service. Coming from Alamogordo, where nail services are often much more basic, I was incredibly impressed by the care and precision I received here. I only wish every manicure and pedicure I had was this thorough and relaxing. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely return whenever I'm in Albuquerque.
