I went here a few weeks back to get a gel manicure and the young guy did not know how to paint gel nails AT ALL, not only did he mess them up and told me he would redo them again, but he took such a long time the first time that I was ready to bolt out of there and keep the bumpy nails with streaks and bubbles. Since he insisted that he would do them over again, I resigned to sitting there while the polish soaked off and then let him try again. It barely worked out. I don't think he knew how to use gel polish and the polish seemed very old and poor quality because it came out so sticky out of the bottle. Eh. I will never come back here. I usually try to give places and people the benefit of the doubt and try once more but I refuse. Came in on Monday for a Gel Fill and pedicure. Before I decided to even get anything done there I checked their prices. On the board it says a gel fill is only $25. And a pedicure was $27. So I was like- great this is about $15 cheaper for a gel fill than most places in Nashville. A guy (didn't even tell me his name) did my pedicure. It was the most painful and uncomfortable pedicure ever. He wasn't gentle at all and was yanking and scraping my cuticles. I always want my toes to match my nails. They don't have matching colors when you get gel like every other place. So the guy went and found a color that was "close" - now that I've seen it in better light it's a completely diff color. If he had of done my nails first and I had a chance to compare I would changed right then. After I finished with my toes - I go sit in the nail chair and the guy disappears for like 15 mins. Whatever, I assumed he needed a smoke break. Then when he finally gets to me. He tells me to hold on and takes two phone calls. After he finishes his two calls - he proceeds to text for about another 10 minutes. This goes on continuously the whole process. I sat down for nails at 525 and did not leave there until 640. Just getting a fill. In the middle of doing my nails, he says sorry I need to make another call - I then respond "I have to be somewhere at 615. So I need to be done before then." He doesn't look up or respond to me but continues to finish his text. It was so awkward even the client next to me had a weird look on her face. Anyways - time to pay and he says "Gel Fill in is 40 and pedicure is $25" - both were not listed on the board and told him that. He says that the fill in is $20 but just to polish your nails with gel is $20 as well." I respond with that's very misleading. But still pay bc I just wanted to leave. I pay $40 for a gel fill every 3 weeks at a place in Brentwood - so that wasn't the problem. The misleading sign was and that fact that I was paying for AWFUL service. My place in Brentwood is much nicer, cleaner and offers you wine. Also they always put the customers first. I just went here because it was convenient to my errands that day. Finally I left and realized he didn't paint the tips of nails at all. So already being 5 minutes away, I drove back for him to do it. Again, I usually don't write terrible reviews but this was just unacceptable. I'm going back to my nail shop to get my toes repainted on Friday. I will never come back here. Ever. read more

100% better after the new management. Friendliest staff. The kind owner made sure all clients were happy, offering a beverage on arrival. Smells clean. Looks clean. Great polish selection. Relaxing music. My new go-to in Franklin. So much better. read more

I've been going here for five years and have had many pedicures at this salon. The service is very spotty. Some of the younger girls do a great job - but the one older lady is pretty bad. Today I went in for a pedicure and a manicure and the older lady cut my finger twice and my nails were cut way too short. My fingers looked awful. They do an ok pedicure and the guy who owns it is nice - but be careful who you get. I won't be going back after having bleeding cuticles upon leaving. read more

I live near by so I've been here a couple times. The first time it was great, I just got a pedi. I went in a couple weeks ago to get another pedi and it was an older lady who did it for me. I have no idea what she was thinking but she thought that half a my nail on my small toe was not connected. She tried to cut it off and cut my toe nail in half!! It hurt SOO bad! She put something on it to make the bleeding stop and then acted like it was okay. I almost walked out but I didn't. Then they made me pay full price! I won't ever step foot back in here again. Clean, friendly staff, and extensive selection of nail polishes and gels, my pedicure was not rushed and the tech took their time and it was overall a very great experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and seated immediately. The polish on my toes was perfect! I was amazed by the result and the experience, I will definitely come here again. Have to say this is the worst pedicure I have ever gotten! The technician (if you can call her that) didn't listen to what I said and her English was horrible. They are too short when I said No not short and it looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. Needless to say I will not go back for a pedicure if she is who I get stuck with. read more

I had great service and I went in just 30 minutes before closing time. They were not in a rush to close and did a great jobs on my toes.

I love getting my nails done here!! They're very fast, and they always last a long time. Plus everyone is super sweet

Okay, the staff is nice but the manicures do not last for long and it seems a bit dirty to me.
