If I had more time I would have complained but I decided to come in the next week. Today I am here after a week and asked for a manicure and to file down the nail to make it less thick. My nails got minimally filed down from the top and maximum from the sides which in my opinion looks disgusting and unnatural. I informed her that I didn't like the end effect and asked for them to be removed and told her I would pay for this. She refused to do this. She said she doesn't have time so I left. So she does my nails long story short I paid $30 and they didn't look pink at all and one of the nails came off already.... This does not happen with gel nails. Gel nails break off in pieces and they crack and last longer! The lady I had was exactly the one with the short bob! I won't be coming back here
