Turned up for the class and the studio was locked up nobody there, tried calling the phone number another few times again no response. It's a shame I would love to take salsa classes but on first impression this is a very poorly run business with zero communication skills. Last weekend I rented the Naiboa Dance Studio for a baby shower. The owner Randy harassed my guests to the fullest. He threatened to shut my shower down numerous times. He has a nasty attitude to be a business owner. He promised us in our contract waters and sodas and he didn't deliver. We had to stop and do a head count every 45mins. I know the studio holds 150 people and we only had 120. He micro managed everything we done. I do not recommend renting from this guy. read more

He kept changing the agreement we made & kept threatening to kick us out. He would tell his body guard ok get them out, ok don't get them out. When I had trouble learning the footsteps Randy wife would help me. Then Randy would say leave him. But in Dominican Spanish. Now Randy is having student spy on me in another dance studio. Randy doesn't care about his student learning. He says if your having trouble take a private with him. There plenty of other studio around. They have beginner classes. I would highly recommend Naiboa Dance Studio to anyone and everyone. By far my favorite place in Vegas - I went in with two left feet, and within 2 months feel much more confident in my skills. I placed an order for Salsa classes for 2 through GroupOn. I called the studio to sign up for classes and was informed that all spots were full til the following month. That's fine, I save a spot and the receptionist ( owner of studio I assume) ask for my GroupOn code. I figure why not, maybe he wants to confirm my purchase of his services. He takes my info, phone , email, name and all that good stuff. Two weeks go by I and I have no confirmation, not even an email. I call again and no one answers, I leave a detailed voicemail with details on what's going on. One month goes by and I haven't been contacted at all. It seems to me they are takijg advantage of some Groupons, because now I am having a difficult time getting a refund. I have no idea how their dancing classes are, and it seems I will never find out. If I would have known the struggle I would be going through back then I would have not made any purchases with this dance studio. read more
