I called the office with some pain for a dentist to take a look. Rebecca at the front helped me get an appointment that same day. When I came in with the toothache Jocelyn took my x-rays without any trouble and we saw that I needed a large filling that Dr. Belden was able to fix in one visit with a neat machine they have in the office. Staff were very friendly and took excellent care of me. Although I did have a small wait to be seen (same day appointment, I expected as much) it was WORTH IT! Thank you so much for getting me out of pain, will definitely be coming back for routine care from now on. P.S this place has great music which is always a plus

Rossmoor Was recommended to me by a family member when prior dentist was no longer in network for my insurance. From my first visit I knew that I had found a good place. Dr. Vu is a very kind and gentle dentist. He always has a smile on his face and tries to put you at ease. The dental hygienist who regularly does my teeth cleaning is also very kind, skilled, and very friendly. She is always friendly and chats with me while she cleans my teeth to put me at ease. Despite dentist visits not being something I look forward to, Dr. vu and his staff make the experience as pleasant as dentistry can be. The office itself is clean and organized. The front office staff is also helpful and friendly. I'm glad I found an honest dentist I can rely on.

This office is conveniently right between Ralph's and target so running errands is easy. Doctor Vu is probably the most kind & humble human being that I have ever met. He doesn't believe in upselling and instead listens to you, offers what he recommends, what can be done, and how to meet in the middle if money becomes an issue. He never pressures unnecessary treatment either, they just form out what is recommended and you can decide what you'd like to have done from there. He does amazing work , extremely gentle and overall such a kind person. His work ethic sets a standard for the whole office, as all of the assistants & hygienists are so nice and understanding. They're happy to answer any questions and always try their hardest. One of the first things I look for in healthcare environments is cleanliness & this place checks all of the boxes. It gives a more "homey" vibe versus your typical medical office. They're also great with kids! The tv on the ceiling helps calm anxiety (even for adults) and they do a little show & tell with all the instruments which give a great introduction and builds a good foundation without the fear of dentists. There is almost never a long wait time and they try to set a perfect amount of time needed for your procedure. My mom has had 3 implants done, two crowns and a root canal and very happy with all the work done, including all of her emergency visits that they fit her into the schedule.

From the very beginning, Ashley demonstrated exceptional care and attention to detail, ensuring that every step of my treatment was meticulously planned and executed. One of the standout qualities of Ashley is her punctuality and understanding nature. My schedule can be quite unpredictable, but Ashley was always accommodating and flexible, making sure that my appointments fit seamlessly into my busy life. Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable about Invisalign and dental care in general. She provided clear explanations and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. Thanks to her guidance and support, what was initially planned as a two-year treatment was completed in under a year! Her skill and dedication made a significant difference in my treatment journey. 100% chat GPT helped with this review but she's an awesome RDA that's great to work with, as well as the the dental practice. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone seeking dental care, especially those considering Invisalign.

Helpful office staff too. The one thing I didn't like was how loud they constantly have music playing throughout the whole office. But since then, the positives have nearly disappeared: nearly every person in the office, from the front office staff to the people who do my dental work, have turned over, and I get a mixed bag of quality and bedside manner. And I have to do it with insipid pop music blaring loudly at me, to where headphones are required as a defensive measure in a situation that's already going to be uncomfortable. I usually stick with the same Hygienist for this, as I am a creature of habit. Second, my actual Dentist always takes a look after my cleaning is done so that he can let me know if there is anything that popped up while I am there that might need attention. This is good. Now... my last two cleaning sessions literally broke my heart. The ladies at the desk have ALWAYS been very kind to me, but on these last two occasions, it was as if... I don't know... something PERSONAL was happening with me. First, she all but snapped at me when I walked up to the desk, and then DEMANDED that I "pay first"... like they used to do to Denny's patrons back in the day (which REALLY made me uncomfortable) so, according to her, "...we can all get OUT of there and go home!". Then, my usual Hygienist was not available, and I wish they had told me this beforehand, and some other... person... did the cleaning, to the point that I can honestly say that she was DEFINITELY UNHAPPY with me!! I didn't know that a simple cleaning can HURT so badly!!! At any rate, I don't know what it was that I did wrong, or who I made angry enough to deserve this treatment, but I can take a hint. No more PAIN, please. I am sorry for whatever it was that I did wrong. I have never been treated like this, not even in the U.S. ARMY. :-(

Needless to say I knew right away it was not good. There was no saving the tooth. I visited several dentist who specialize in teeth implants, and I was getting very discouraged that I would even find someone that I felt comfortable with. Truthfully, I was scared to have an implant. Especially since it sounds very invasive and foreign. To most of us it's a very new procedure. Well then I met with Dr Ong and Heidi. Right away I felt that I was in good hands. The office is modern, clean and fully equipped with the most modern equipment. Dr Ong and Heidi went over everything with me on what I can expect and the finances. I went home that day very confident that I was going to have my first implant and not a window when I smiled. The day of my appointment started with the usual shots, and let me just say that was the most pain, which wasn't even bad.
