Mary, the friendly receptionist, was delightful, thoughtful, and truly concerned about my well-being. Alex, the quiet assistant, was dutiful and ready to go at all times, on point and on mission. And Dr. Sadek, thoroughly the kindest and most masterful root canal doctor in the area. He shared with me that he earned his stripes through tending, literally thousands of marines in their base in Palm Springs. I'm so happy that our troops had the opportunity to be served by such an excellent person, excellent doctor, and so caring! To get a root canal is not a choice. You either need one or you do not. Choosing the right doctor, however, is an important choice. Dr. Sadek was thorough and kind throughout the whole process. He uses state of the art technology, including the smallest and most nimble microscope. Using his numbing needles and his tools, he performed a two hour root canal top to bottom on me. She was afraid and did not want to go . And of course possibly knowing she needs a root canal my daughter is 11 years old so I had to prepare her for the visit hoping she doesn't freak out . But after we arrived we were greeted by Rebecca she was welcoming, made her feel less afraid . We met Dr. Fadavi after a few X-rays she spoke to my daughter as if she knew her and explain what would treatment consist of. We came back for treatment another day . Treatment day she was afraid, but dr. Fadavi made her feel so comfortable and her staff . Treatment went by so fast she was surprised she had no pain and was the easiest dental work ever . We waited to write this review after a few months have past to see how she would recover and every week was better and better .
