I had my appointment early this morning and Dr. Cho and his staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.

Before I found Dr.Cho about a year ago through yelp. I did research through google and yelp for a good dentist, especially for Invisalign. To make sure he was the right doctor I wanted to go to. As I had bad experiences with prior dentists with care and some disregarding pronouns. Hopefully, I don't run into any of these issues here. After back and forth with pricing and patient reviews from different dentist. I found I was able to get a decent price for my Invisalign with my insurance here. From my observation from going here for about a year. His office is clean and his team is professional when they check you in, and sending reminders of appts or rescheduling. Mornings are usually their busiest. Might have to wait depending how busy they are. In my experience for my check up visits, Im usually in and out (Which is nice). My check up appts are between 6-8 weeks. I usually see his techs. They did my attachments and removal. And receive my next set of retainers and some chewies. From the prior set of attachments two of them came out but they said it was fine. One of my attachment removal is still a little sensitive think it might have been grinded down a little too much. I can see some of my teeth are slowly but surely getting straight. I've seen Dr.Cho a handful of times with the consultation, grinding for gapping teeth and two or three of my check ups. Two more appt and hopefully I won't need it anymore sets. I understand their office is busy. But, more checks from the Dr through the invisalign process about progress and concerns would have been more reassuring. read more

I've been going here since I started college and it's been years since then! Now my parents and my little sister come here. I couldn't recommend a better dentist than Dr. Cho! All of his staff are exceptional, even super early in the morning, they are still so friendly and very helpful with any questions! I haven't had her clean my teeth recently by, the Dental Hygienist, Caroline amazing, very thorough with when she cleans my teeth, she does no shortcuts. Dr. Cho is great at explaining any treatment/procedures and also provides education on maintaining good oral hygiene. I've had one other dentist because my insurance changed and they didn't do half the stuff they do here with Dr. Cho! Dr. Cho's office has the latest technology! Last thing, I also inquired about Invisalign and Dr. Cho and his staff were able to break it all down to me, treatment plan and cost, and I really appreciated that I never felt like they were trying to sell it to me. Such an incredible dentist. I never feel rushed during an appointment. I trust his opinion and he is not the type to try and gouge you for more money. Recently, I had a question regarding retainers I purchased. He took the time to call me back and throughly answer my question. Not a lot of dentists would do that. I like that he uses modern technology which helps to make the experience much more seamless. Everyone that works there is super friendly. I never feel uncomfortable at his office. I wish I could give 100 stars however only 5 is the most on the app. Our entire family sees Dr. Cho and he's amazing. Everything is high tech and the newest- greatest technology. Today however really stuck out the most. My son was one and done on a sucker punch. His jaw is broken in three different places. Dr. Cho completely changed my relationship with dental care I used to HATE going to the dentist. My previous dentist was really old school and whenever he worked on my teeth it was so painful. Dr. Cho and his staff are amazing. The dental hygienists are incredibly skilled at removing tartar with NO PAIN. They have such a high bar for their work and are so focused on doing things right. During my last visit, my hygienist worked extra long on my teeth because I had some "tenacious tartar" (her words!). I didn't feel a thing, and she was so thorough. The attention to detail is incredible. I literally can't wait for my next dentist appointment - never thought I'd say that! Dr. Cho is a very caring doctor. Dr. Cho would personally check in with his patients the day after the procedure. It also shows with his staff. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The office is really clean and organized. They use distilled water for teeth cleaning which also shows they care about their patients. The office also offers Invisalign. Blown away by the exceptional level of service that was displayed today at this facility. A few days back I started dealing with the worst toothache I've ever experienced. I was referred to this location by a friend. I initially came in contact with Michaelle who was exceedingly pleasant and was able to set me up with an appointment. The earliest appointment date was a few days out, but Michaelle assured me that if there were any cancellations, she would get me in sooner. Within 45 mins, I received a call back letting me know that a cancellation had occurred and I was able to be seen tomorrow at 930am. Thank God, considering I was in a considerable amount of pain. I was greeted by two amazing associates at the front desk that checked me in. I was called to the back where I met my hygienists by the name of Martha. She made sure I was comfortable and aware of all procedures taking place today. Knowing I was in so much pain, Martha continued to make sure I was ok during the X-ray and teeth cleaning process, even going out her way to avoid the affected areas so it didn't magnify the pain I was already suffering from. Doctor John Cho, I met with in the end for my exam who put a stamp on this amazing experience. He was very personable and facetious. Threw in a few jokes during my exam that made me laugh even though I was still dealing with some discomfort from my affected tooth. I left feeling very informative of what it will take, step by step, to get me moving in the right direction. I will be recommending this facility to friends and family. After hearing about my experience, my wife is totally on board and will be getting her next teeth cleaning here. read more

I was in search of a dental office that specializes in implants for my mom. I probably called about 10 dental offices and visited 4 of them. When selecting a place - I always look on how they treat you when you first call in for information ( some places rush you off the phone), staff friendliness is definitely a good sign that they have a great Dentist they're supporting. 2nd - A place that doesn't cost an arm and a leg! 3rd a Dentist that takes their time explaining what you need. Dr. Cho impressed my mom and she had a good gut feeling about him and his staff. Getting implants can be painful and she said she was in the best care! First visit and I loved it. The tech who did the x-ray, cleaning and measuring for gum receding was first rate 100%. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The doctor was great and the exam was very informative. I do have 3 cavities that my prior dentist missed. The lady who scheduled my next two appointments and explained the amount Delta would cover and what my balance would cost was amazing. The cost between what insurance covered for a crown and two fillings and my out of the pocket payment was only $175.00. The reason I went to a new dentist was my prior dentist was no longer a Delta PPO provider. I highly recommend Dr. Cho and his staff, they are the top of the line outfit. Dr. Cho and staff have been my dentist for 5 years. And recently my 88 year old Mom became a patient of Dr. Cho. She had a tooth fall out and he was so kind and gentle and explained everything to her and what needed to be done. He made her a very strong temporary bridge and it is lasting for the six weeks until she has healed and the new bridge is ready. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I will preface this review with this: I called their office, cancelled my remaining follow-up appointment, and let them know I would not be back. The next morning, I received a call from Dr. Cho asking me why I was choosing not to use their services any longer. I told him exactly what I've included in this review. I am someone that relies on reviews to make informed choices on restaurants, medical services, etc. In turn, I contribute with my honest experiences so others can make informed choices. This place reeks of unprofessionalism from the constantly rude receptionist, Trina who never has a smile or kind greeting and always looks like she's doing you a favor when you talk to her, to the medical staff who keep you waiting 25-30 minutes for your appointment or between when one cleans and the other checks. I had 3 appointments here and they were each 25-30 minutes late at some point during the appointments. I had high hopes for this place, but I can see they were misplaced. I found myself being anxious just to call because of how awful the receptionist was. Oh, and I requested what I thought was a scan of my gums and teeth to explain to insurance why I needed a deep cleaning. First, they sent me SOMEONE ELSE'S receipt complete with their home address and work being done on their teeth and then when I called again to explain the error, the receptionist had the gall to tell me it wasn't called a scan but a periodontal chart. Who cares?! I explained what I needed and I'm not looking to be a dentist!! The final straw for me was when I called on a Wednesday to ask for a note from the dentist for an appliance needed for my teeth. I explained I needed the note for insurance purposes and had a deadline by which I could submit the information for an HRA refund. Trina was quick to tell me she wasn't the one handling my case so had no idea. She said the dentist would get back to me likely on the following Monday after their multiple days off for some staff outing. I asked if he couldn't that day as I had a deadline. She said no because he was leaving as work finished. Monday came and went, as did Tuesday. I waited for most of Wednesday and had enough. I called, canceled my remaining appointment, and let them know I would not be back. There are way too many quality dentists out there with professional staff and value for their patient's time. read more
