I'm 7 months pregnant and doctor Cho stayed after hours for me so that I wouldnt be in pain anymore and able to sleep at night. Best dentist I've ever been to. Personally I typically dread going to the dentist, but perhaps the dentist dosent have to be like that lol. Had a really bad cavity that needed a filling possible root canal. Luckily the Doc was able to do it as a filling. Most comfortable filling I've had done despite it being the worst cavity I've had. Dr. Cho and his team are really good! The receptionists and assistant staff were personable and professional. The shots and drilling were painless. I was in and out in less than an hour. They were punctual with my appointment time which I really appreciated. Digital X-rays , and Netflix to watch while you're in the chair. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I will preface this review with this: I called their office, cancelled my remaining follow-up appointment, and let them know I would not be back. The next morning, I received a call from Dr. Cho asking me why I was choosing not to use their services any longer. I told him exactly what I've included in this review. I am someone that relies on reviews to make informed choices on restaurants, medical services, etc. In turn, I contribute with my honest experiences so others can make informed choices. This place reeks of unprofessionalism from the constantly rude receptionist, Trina who never has a smile or kind greeting and always looks like she's doing you a favor when you talk to her, to the medical staff who keep you waiting 25-30 minutes for your appointment or between when one cleans and the other checks. I had 3 appointments here and they were each 25-30 minutes late at some point during the appointments. I had high hopes for this place, but I can see they were misplaced. I found myself being anxious just to call because of how awful the receptionist was. Oh, and I requested what I thought was a scan of my gums and teeth to explain to insurance why I needed a deep cleaning. First, they sent me SOMEONE ELSE'S receipt complete with their home address and work being done on their teeth and then when I called again to explain the error, the receptionist had the gall to tell me it wasn't called a scan but a periodontal chart. Who cares?! I explained what I needed and I'm not looking to be a dentist!! The final straw for me was when I called on a Wednesday to ask for a note from the dentist for an appliance needed for my teeth. I explained I needed the note for insurance purposes and had a deadline by which I could submit the information for an HRA refund. Trina was quick to tell me she wasn't the one handling my case so had no idea. She said the dentist would get back to me likely on the following Monday after their multiple days off for some staff outing. I asked if he couldn't that day as I had a deadline. She said no because he was leaving as work finished. Monday came and went, as did Tuesday. I waited for most of Wednesday and had enough. I called, canceled my remaining appointment, and let them know I would not be back. There are way too many quality dentists out there with professional staff and value for their patient's time. read more

Dr. Cho is an excellent dentist. I had been searching for new dentist for a while. I knew I wanted a dentist who was using the latest and best technology. I was surprised to find that so many dentists are using outdated technology. This is not the case with Dr. Cho. I had been waiting for several years to have the crowns on my four front teeth replaced. I wanted to be sure that I was going to be happy with outcome. I had been unhappy with my previous set of crowns from the day they were put on. I told my dentist at the time that they looked like dentures, and he said that the were the best that anyone could do because of my gum line. He offered to redo them if I wanted to pay him another $5,000. I declined. I spent the next 12 years smiling with my mouth closed. After consulting with Dr. Cho, I could tell esthetics were important to him. I could see he was using current technology in his office. I told him I wanted EMAX crowns because the look like real teeth. He agreed. Even the temps he fitted me with looked great. I was nervous because I was going on a trip and had had problems with temps coming loose in the past. The temps stayed in longer that expected without issue. My new crowns are gorgeous! I highly recommend Dr. Cho for cosmetic or reconstruction dentistry. His prices are fair and his work is artistry. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really don't enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr.Cho and his staff make it easier for me. Today I had Martha clean my teeth, she did a great job. She didn't cause any pain and was patient with me when I needed to take time for my jaw to relax. I'm writing on behalf of my father, Rey Martin, who I referred to Dr. Cho. My father had chipped his front teeth and I assured him Dr. Cho would be able to do beautiful work in order to fix his issue. My father needed 4 veneers put in. To be honest I was a bit worried that his veneers wouldn't match the rest of his teeth and that it might look odd but when I saw the final outcome I was absolutely amazed. His smile looks so good! My father is so happy that he told me that he makes it a point to smile more to show off his teeth. I needed to find a good dentist close to my house and saw Dr. John Cho was nearby. I scheduled my appointment for a teeth cleaning and X-rays. The dental hygienist Michelle did a great job cleaning my teeth. The imaging exposed some cracks on my molars and one in particular had a portion of my enamel cracked off exposing my dentin. Dr. Cho recommended addressing that tooth ASAP. Today I went in to begin the procedure for my crown. He numbed the area and provided me with headphones to make the experience as pleasant as possible. He worked skillfully and gently to prepare my tooth for the temporary crown. All and all it was the best possible experience that I would have wished for. In 3 weeks, I shall return for my permanent gold crown. His office as well as the treatment rooms are tastefully decorated with flat screen tv to keep your mind occupied while your work gets done. read more

First time visiting this office. I had received a flyer and mentioned it to a friend. She also had recommended Dr Cho so I thought I'd give it a try. Staff was very friendly upon arrival. I didn't have to wait long. Michelle, hygienist, cleaned my teeth throughly. She was very friendly and was attentive to my needs since my gums were sensitive. I felt very comfortable with her. After the cleaning, Dr Cho examined my teeth/gums and was honest about next plan of treatment. He didn't suggest anything that I might not need. Dr. John Cho and his staff are top notch. I had to get an implant placed on my bottom molar tooth and it was the quickest and least painful experience I have endured at a dentist office. The procedure was done in the morning and I was painlessly back at work in no time. I was prescribed painkillers but I personally didn't take any as there was no pain at all once the numb shot wore off. The routine check up and x-ray to see how my bone and gums were healing around the implant is always very cordial and efficient. I am always in and out; just the way I like it to accommodate my limited time. The staff always make sure to text you reminders of your appointment so you don't forget with your busy schedule. I also referred my sister to go to Dr. Cho to get some dental work done as well and she is happy with the services provided. Amazing! My wife recommended Dr. Cho because he's good. Didn't realized what she meant until I went there on December 20, 2018. I'm always not a fan of needles so I was preparing myself before the root canel. Believe it or not, I didn't feel the sting at all and had to asked if he already injected the needle. The technique is flawless, never had I experienced pain-free needles at a dentist office. I called on December 19 because one of my took came loose and was painful; and, he accommodates me for the next day. Simply amazing doctor and great staff there!
