At my most recent appointment on 11/4 for a routine cleaning, the dental hygienist was extremely thorough and meticulous -- the cleaning took about an hour. When I asked for a break during implant procedure, she wasn't mean about it and waited till I felt ready to continue. I also love the office. I started coming to Heartwell Dental in January 2026 and since then they have not disappointed me. Dr. Girgis has always been very nice and takes the time to check in on how you are doing before he starts the actual exam. All the staff has been nice, friendly, and super supportive especially when I have an over active gag reflex while taking X-rays. I had my six month cleaning today and it was very smooth. I've had the best experience with Harwell dental. Had a chipped filling/tooth and they were able to take me pretty quick. I have an existing condition which gives me a limited range of motion in my jaw, and they are very gentle and where understanding. I've since gone back for a cleaning and have scheduled my next. So glad I found this dentist! Dr. G recently opened up here and totally revamped the whole clinic - it's completely updated and beautifully decorated. You can tell they really care for their patients and their comfort here. There are tons of small touches like a "Where's Waldo" puzzle on the ceiling to keep patients occupied/distracted during services. Word searches and sudokus during your short wait. Toothpick dispenser keychains to take home. I loved it! And that's all besides the outstanding service and gentle touch! Dr. G is very communicative and works hard to make sure patients feel informed to know what he is doing and make decisions in their best interest. As an added plus - the location is great and there's plenty of shared free parking for the building. I previously neglected my dental care because - let's face it - going to the dentist sucks.
