I set an appointment up for last Saturday. They had my address and knew it was an apartment. I was scheduled for 9am. They contacted me that morning and asked if they could come at 10. I said, that's fine and they came at 10:30. When they got here they could not do the job because they said they did not have the proper equipment and was looking for a water spout around our complex, which there was not one. They said they would receive the proper equipment on Wednesday and had me reschedule for today, which is Saturday, September 26. I sent them a message to confirm the appointment on Friday because I did not hear from anyone. I did not get a response until Saturday (today) saying they couldn't do 9am, but asked if they could come at 11am. I was not pleased with this but did not have a choice but to wait. At 11am I received a message stating they would not be able to come because they did not have the proper equipment. I'm sure they knew that before today. I could have scheduled with someone else. I can't speak for their cleaning because they never came out. I am very disappointed that we waited for a whole week. We moved our furniture both times. Not once did they at least apologize. I am not sure how there are so many good reviews with the level of unprofessionalism and communication that I received. The way this was handled was very unprofessional. read more

Nacho did a great job on the carpets at my apartment building. He did my apartment and the hallways of the building at the landlord's request. It was easy to work with him to set up the appointment and coordinate for him to meet with my landlord, because I couldn't be there. The price was great and I would definitely work with him again. Our carpets were terrible...before Ignacio showed up! We had another business cancel on us the night before our scheduled cleaning. Our landlords were coming for their biannual inspection on Sunday and Friday night at 6pm, we don't have a carpet cleaner!
