My car was in an accident and brought to them on the suggestion of my insurance agency, but some of the very basics that you would think that a shop would address have been neglected: my steering column is still loose and after being told by the appraiser that they would take care of the damage to my radiator, had to replace the entire structure. Very disappointed by this, they acknowledged there was a problem and then just slapped a band-aid on it so that I could pay another $600 for a new radiator when it fell apart. Meanwhile, they wasted time doing work that didn't need to be done. They told me they were going to replace my passenger side doors, and I told them that it was not the passenger side doors that had been involved in the accident, they ignored me and replaced them anyway. So my driver's side door still has dents in it and the lock frequently catches.
