I can't say I'd be back, but if you skip the pedicure and get the right employee to do your manicure you would probably rate it as a 4 star shop.

I get a dip manicure and a pedicure every three weeks. I love the ladies who work at Rose's- very friendly and they get to know their customers. They are very good at their jobs. I often get complimented on my nails- they look so great when freshly done and stay looking great for several weeks. They are very gentle with my feet, which can be sensitive at times.
