I gave Nola Nails a call, as they were among the first salons to open, and they told me that I could come right in. They literally had just opened for the day. Note to all - make an appointment. I really lucked out because when I left they were getting busy. The manicurist did a great job and my nails look great. She took her time and asked questions as she went to make sure I was getting exactly the shape and polish color I wanted. The prices are very competitive and I'm a happy customer. :)

The inside was a stylish chic but very clean and organized. The customer service started over the phone with Brandon being so helpful and letting me know the availability as a walk in. After walking in, Brandon let me know there was a bit of a wait but did his best to keep me updated and even assisted me with picking a nail color. My nail tech was also super sweet. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me suggestions on my next service for when I come in to help with my nails. My polish change came out very nice and neat, and I had an overall great experience. Definitely a place that I would go back to.

And they still charged me almost full price for refill +gel... after I pointed out the fact that I was leaving with no polish they dropped it by $7... but usually charges $20 for gel. How I leave with no gel & no regular polish + the wait! AND still charge me like there's a color on my nails?! I tried talking to them about the price being unfair because I am not polished! And my time was not honored and I was met w attitude! Professionally, they should have given me the choice upon arrival to 1- be flexible about the time or 2- reschedule... Last time I was there was late, and we were all getting our last minute Mardi Gras nails. She ordered enough Crab Rangoon to share with everyone. My first visit, I wasn't expecting much.
