The inside was a stylish chic but very clean and organized. The customer service started over the phone with Brandon being so helpful and letting me know the availability as a walk in. After walking in, Brandon let me know there was a bit of a wait but did his best to keep me updated and even assisted me with picking a nail color. My nail tech was also super sweet. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me suggestions on my next service for when I come in to help with my nails. Walking in, this place was just chaotic. They don't take appointments I was told on the phone and when I got there it was an hour wait. I was told to sign in but no one told me where to sign in. It took a while for me to figure it out. The "deluxe pedicure" was nothing special. They did but even massage my legs or feet. I've never gotten a pedicure where they did not massage. It felt so rushed. Same thing with the manicure, no massage and rushed. I really didn't feel comfortable or at ease the whole time I was there. I also got a massive headache from some kind of diffuser they had going mixed with the normal smells of a nail salon. 3 days after the services, the nail polish on all my finger nails have chipped away tremendously. After being cut by the drill three times, I asked about the disinfection process, but Stephanie was unable to clearly explain it. Her response did nothing to reassure me about the cleanliness of the tools, which is extremely concerning--especially when my cuticles were already bleeding. Beyond the hygiene issues, I have never encountered a nail technician as incredibly rude as Stephanie. At first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, assuming she was having an off day. However, after multiple visits, it became clear that her dismissive and unprofessional attitude is just how she operates. I made every effort to be polite despite her continuous rude remarks, but after waiting over an hour past my scheduled appointment--one I booked two weeks in advance--her response was, "If you didn't want to wait, you could have seen someone else. Most of my clients don't mind waiting." That was actually one of the less offensive things she said to me. I can't begin to list every condescending comment she's made in my last few visits, but I can confidently say I will never be returning. I will also be warning others about her unprofessionalism and the salon's questionable sanitation practices. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior in a professional setting.
